Zinno Busts to Neuville

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

With around 17,000 in the middle and the three-way turn showing {a-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}, Andreas Suchowerskyj bet 3,500 and Pierre Neuville called from one seat over. Anthony Zinno moved all in for 9,000 on the button and Suchowerskyj reluctantly folded, Neuville called.

Anthony Zinno: {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Pierre Neuville: {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

"I need some luck," Zinno said before turning over his cards and then found out his diamond draw was no good. A blank {6-Clubs} followed on the river and king-jack was good enough to win the pot.

Schumacher's Overpair Isn't Enough

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Anthony Akil opened to 2,000 from the hijack and Sinan Turan three-bet to 7,000 on the button. Ralph Schumacher flat-called from the big blind and Akil laid his hand down. The flop came {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and Schumacher check-called a bet of 8,000 from Akil.

The {3-Hearts} paired the board on the turn and both players checked to the {6-Clubs} on the river. Schumacher led with a bet of 6,000 and Turan quickly called. Schumacher showed {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} but it wasn't enough to beat the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} of Turan.

Targa Dodges the World

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 12,000 ante

Rainer Rockenstein limped in from the small blind and Petr Targa raised it up in the big blind. Rockenstein called and the dealer spread the flop of {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Rockenstein checked to Targa who continued with a bet and Rockenstein check-raised all in. Targa called off his stack of 20,400 and the cards were face up.

Petr Targa: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Rainer Rockenstein: {9-Spades}{6-Spades}

Targa currently held the best hand with a pair of queens but Rockenstein had plenty of outs to hit with a pair, straight draw, and flush draw. The {8-Diamonds} paired the board on the turn and the {j-Hearts} bricked off on the river to give Targa a double up.

Pitzanti checked again and Fadeev tossed in a bet of 3,500. Pitzanti called and the {k-Clubs} completed the board. Pitzanti led out for 12,500 this time and Fadeev instantly called. Pitzanti turned over {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts} for a straight and Fadeev relinquished his cards.
