The board came down {7-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and Moshe caught his king to send Campbell out of the door.

Vakaliuk Has the Higher Kicker

Level 23 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

The flop read {9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades} with 295,000 in the middle already.

Andrii Vakaliuk checked in the big blind and Maria Lampropulos bet 110,000 in the cutoff. Vakaliuk took a few seconds and then announced he was all-in. Lampropulos asked for a count and the dealer confirmed Vakaliuk had 1,195,000 behind. Lampropulos tanked for a while and then made the call.

Andrii Vakaliuk: {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Maria Lampropulos: {q-Spades}{9-Hearts}

They had both flopped top pair but Vakaliuk was ahead with the higher kicker.

The rest of the board was completed with the {2-Spades} on the turn and the {k-Hearts} on the river for Vakaliuk to double up.
