The board read {10-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades} with around 50,000 in the middle.

Oleg Pavlyuchuk: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Julian Menhardt: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{a-Spades}{8-Spades} for Pavlyuchuk to flop a set and improve to a full house to double up.

Game Over for Burns

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Kahle Burns
Kahle Burns

Left short after doubling Vadzim Lipauka, Kahle Burns was in the small blind and called a button raise to 9,000 by Giorgiy Skhulukhiya, as did Georgios Vrakas in the big blind. On a {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop, the action checked to Skhulukhiya and that triggered a continuation bet of 16,000. Burns shoved for 56,000 and once Vrakas had folded, a quick call of Giorgiy Skhulukhiya followed.

Kahle Burns: {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Giorgiy Skhulukhiya: {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

Burns had top pair and a backdoor straight and flush draw to go with it while Skhulukhiya had an open-ender and club backdoor draw. He picked up more equity with the {q-Clubs} turn and the {10-Diamonds} river sent Burns to the rail.

Palevic Cripples Yaiche with Rivered Trips

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Rifat Palevic was against Basil Yaiche in a hand where the board had {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}.

Palevic had announced all in for 115,000 chips and Yaiche looked like he had a very tough decision to make. After five minutes in the tank, a player in the table asked for time and the floor appeared to count the last thirty seconds for Yaiche's decision.

Finally, Yaiche put his chips in the middle but mucked when he saw Palevic opening {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} with rivered trips.

Wilf Takes From Kabrhel

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Saar Wilf is on the rise again after taking a pot off Martin Kabrhel.

The board was already completed and showed {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}, and Kabrhel in the big blind made it 20,000 to go. Wilf in the cutoff raised to 67,000 and Kabrhel was in the tank, the clock was called and he tossed in a single chip with three seconds to go.

Wilf turned over the {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Kabrhel mucked.

Kristeller Calls Down Jukovic

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Mustafa Jukovic had defended his big blind and led the flop, turn and river of a board {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{2-Spades} against Martin Kristeller.

The first bet was worth 9,000, followed by 16,000 and eventually, the third and final barrel was for 51,000. Kristeller called on flop and turn rather swiftly, then tank-called the river more reluctantly.

Jukovic rolled over {k-Spades}{9-Spades} and Kristeller had that beat with {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

"Hey Paris, where are you from?" Jukovic asked as Kristeller was sporting a Paris Saint German jacket.

Ruzicka Among Recent Casualties

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Vojtech Ruzicka
Vojtech Ruzicka

Anton Morgenstern was among the big stacks for most of the day but a big clash on the feature table with a set against the pocket aces of Kristoffer Rasmussen cost a fortune as the Dane rivered the superior set.

Another high profile player that has taken a big hit was Vojtech Ruzicka. The former Czech WSOP Main Event finalist got his short stack in with {a-}{8-} and ran straight into the {a-Clubs}{a-Spades} of Julien Martini.
