Palevic Four-Flushes Morgenstern

On the feature table, Anton Morgenstern raised it up to 40,000 with {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} from under the gun and was called by Rifat Palevic in the small blind with {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and Jan-Peter Jachtmann in the big blind with {4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. The flop came {k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and the action checked to Morgenstern who bet 80,000. Palevic check-raised to 280,000 which got Jachtmann to fold but Morgenstern called.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and Palevic led out for 380,000. Morgenstern jammed all in for 810,000 which sent Palevic into the tank. Over three minutes had passed before Palevic finally made the call. Morgenstern was ahead with his set of nines but Palevic needed one more diamond.

The {2-Diamonds} landed on the river and Palevic four-flushed Morgenstern to the rail in a monster pot.

Ross Folds to Baker's Shove

Julien Martini opened to 45,000 under the gun and David Baker called from one seat over along with Harry Ross on the cutoff.

Players saw a flop of {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{4-Spades} and Martini checked. Baker bet 80,000 and Ross called but Martini folded.

The turn came the {3-Diamonds} and Baker moved all in for about 640,000. Ross gave up his hand.

Romanello Pays off Zinno

Roberto Romanello opened to 50,000 and Anthony Zinno called in the big blind. They checked the {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop and {k-Spades} turn. Zinno bet 175,000 into a pot of 130,000 on the {10-Clubs} river and Romanello called.

Zinno tabled the {a-Diamonds}{5-Spades} for trips fives and raked in the pot.

Schulze Jams Into Mulders and Kabrhel

Picking up the action on the {j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}{7-Spades} turn, Martin Kabrhel checked from under the gun and Felix Schulze from two seats over made it 180,000 to go. Daan Mulders called on the button and Kabrhel also came along.

The {3-Clubs} fell on the river and Kabrhel checked once more, Schulze moved all in and Mulders tank-folded while Kabrhel quickly tossed his cards into the muck thereafter.

Palevic Takes From Morgenstern

Rifat Palevic limped in with the {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} first to act and Anton Morgenstern raised to 70,000 in the hijack with the {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. On the {j-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop, Palevic check-called a bet of 85,000 and they checked the {k-Clubs} turn. Palevic improved to trips on the {j-Diamonds} river and bet 225,000, which Morgenstern called to take another blow to his stack.

Martini Comes In with a Huge River Check-Raise

Harry Ross raised it up in the hijack and Julien Martini defended from the big blind. The flop came {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Martini check-called a bet from Ross.

The turn was the {4-Spades} and both players checked to the {a-Diamonds} on the river. Martini checked for the third time and Ross slid out a bet of 235,000 into a pot of around 350,000. Martini check-raised to 930,000 and Ross flicked in a chip to call. Martini turned over {5-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a straight and Ross mucked.

Camosci Chipping Up

There was about 140,000 in the middle when the dealer spread a flop of {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Enrico Camosci checked from the big blind along with Anas Belatik on the button.

The turn brought the {2-Spades} and Camosci checked again. Belatik bet 40,000 and Camosci check-called.

The {a-Diamonds} completed the board and both players opted to check. Camosci turned over {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for aces full of deuces and Belatik tossed his cards in the muck.

Schulze Loses Another Big One

Felix Schulze raised to 42,000 in the cutoff and was called by Claas Segebrecht on the button. The two players saw a flop of {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Schulze continued for 85,000. Segebrecht called and the {7-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Schulze fired out another bet of 224,000 and Segebrecht stuck around to see the {q-Diamonds} pair the board on the river. Schulze announced all in and Segebrecht instantly called off his stack of 656,000. Schulze tabled {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for air and Segebrecht held {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for a full house.
