Pavli Picks Off a Bluff

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante
Andreas Pavli
Andreas Pavli

Abdurrahman Kilic raised to 2,000 from early position and Andreas Pavli three-bet to 7,000 from the big blind. Kilic called.

The flop was {10-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and both players checked. The turn was the {4-Hearts} and Pavli bet 3,000. Kilic called.

The river was the {8-Clubs}. Pavli bet 3,000 again and Kilic raised to 13,000. Pavli thought about it for a bit before calling.

Kilic didn't look happy to have to turn over {k-Hearts}{8-Spades} for a rivered pair of eights, and Pavli took down the pot with {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}.

Pavli had already chipped up quite substantially before the pot, and now sits on around 75,000.

Mehmel's Ace is Good Three-Way

Level 1 : 100/100, 100 ante

A player from under the gun raised to 200 and three players called, Kai Penzersinski from the button, Yuliy Golub from the small and Samir Mehmel from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}. The action checked to Penzersinski who bet 400 to see both players from the blinds call and the initial fold.

The turn was the {8-Clubs} on which Golub and Mehmel checked. Penzersinski bet 1,600 this time and again both players called.

The {5-Spades} on the river completed the board and all three players checked.

In the showdown, Golub had a missed flush draw with his {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}, Mehmel had a pair of aces {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} which was enough to collect the pot as Penzersinski mucked his hand..

Action Early On Day 1b

Level 1 : 100/100, 100 ante

Ignace Ludovic opened from under the gun for 300 to see a call from Alejandro De La Rosa in the cutoff and Anamaria Hemmert on the button.

The flop came {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} and Ludovic checked to De La Rosa who bet 700. Hemmert called quickly and Ludovic folded.

The {5-Clubs} on the turn didn't stop De La Rosa from betting 1,500 this time, but Hemmert called again.

The {2-Diamonds} completed the board and De La Rosa bet 2,000 only to get snap-called by Hemmert.

De La Rosa turned over pocket aces {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} but Hemmert had rivered a flush with {7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.
