Solli Cracks Aces to Double

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

After action pre-flop, Christina Solli ended up all in for 137,500 with {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}.

Her opponent was Razvan Bordei who had her covered, and was in good shape to score a knockout.

The board {7-Spades}{9-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades} gave Solli a four-card flush to double up, and she snapped a quick double before stacking up her chips.

Sazhinov Sends Weiss to the Rail

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Thorsten Weiss opened for 7,000 from the cutoff and Alexander Sazhinov defended his big blind.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and after a check from Sazhinov, Weiss bet 10,000.

Sazhinov raised enough to put Weiss all-in, who after a brief pause, decided to go for it.

Sazhinov was ahead with his {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} against the {j-Spades}{7-Spades} of Weiss.

The turn {k-Hearts} and the river {a-Spades} didn't change anything and Weiss was sent to the rail while Sazhinov chipped up to 250,000.

Andras Balogh: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

With 30,000 in the middle and four players still in the pot on a {j-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{k-Spades} board, Virginie Toury bet 10,000 and Matteo Di Persio was the only caller.

The river was the {10-Clubs} and Toury shoved. Di Persio had around 80,000 behind and was covered.

He deliberated for a while. "We might have the same hand," he said out loud but eventually folded.

Huge Set Up Between Taberham and Cardani

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

After a preflop raising war between Angelo Cardani and Simon Taberham, all the chips ended up in the middle and cards were turned over.

It was a cruel set-up as Cardani had the {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} and Taberham the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}.

The board run out {j-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs}{q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} but Taberham had already left his seat, without realising that he had more chips than his opponent!

Cardani chips up to around 280,000 with this pot while the remaining 15,000 of Taberham are on the table.

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Giovanni Petroni got his last chips in on a {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{3-Spades} board against Rupert Derler.

Petroni had top pair with {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs} but was out-kicked by the {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} of Derler.

The river was the {j-Hearts} sent Petroni to the rail.

Meanwhile at the table, overnight chip leader Marc Meden was still stacking his chips from unbagging them, and had already received a "donation" according to a tablemate.
