Toric Takes From Schmitz

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Heads-up to the {10-Spades}{7-Spades}{3-Spades}{6-Diamonds} turn, Adnan Toric checked and Tonino Schmitz bet 4,500 from one seat over, which Toric called. The {9-Spades} river was checked by Toric and he then stared at his table neighbour.

Schmitz checked behind and Toric won the pot with the {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.

Feng Cracks Nguyen's Aces

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante
Zhao Feng
Zhao Feng

Zhao Feng raised to 1,000 in middle position and Phi Nguyen three-bet to 4,000 from the small blind. Feng called and the flop fell {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}. Nguyen led out 5,200 and Feng raised to 17,200 which Nguyen called.

The turn was the {k-Hearts} and Nguyen checked this time. Feng pushed all in, putting Nguyen to the test for his remaining 48,000 chips. Nguyen went into the tank for nearly five minutes before finally making the call.

Feng flipped over {7-Spades}{4-Spades} for bottom two pair while Nguyen held {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}. Nguyen still had some outs but the {9-Diamonds} on the river was not one of them, as he headed to the rail and Feng collected the pot.

Myers Bets Small on the River

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Sebastian Proestler opened to 1,200 in early position and was called by Daniel Myers in the cutoff and Lois Dufouleur in the big blind. The flop came {j-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and the action checked to Myers who bet 2,100. Dufouleur called and Proestler got out of the way.

The turn brought the {k-Clubs} and both players checked to the {9-Spades} on the river. Dufouleur checked again and Myers threw in a small bet of 1,600. Dufouleur just called and Myers tabled {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} for a set of sevens to scoop the pot.

Kenjic Takes From Dayan

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Out of the small blind, Jovan Kenjic bet the {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Spades} turn for 5,000 and then bet the {2-Hearts} river for 11,000. He only had to get through Yossi Dayan, who was sent into the tank. Dayan eventually flicked in calling chips but couldn't beat the {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} of Kenjic.

Sixes are Good for Sazhinov

Level 1 : 100/300, 300 ante

Five players headed to a flop for 700 apiece and the dealer fanned the flop of {k-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. The action checked to Alexander Sazhinov on the button who bet 800. He picked up calls from Vlado Banicevic in the small blind, Pavol Szetei in the big blind, and Enrico Mosca in early position.

The {3-Diamonds} landed on the turn and once again it checked to Sazhinov. He sized up a bet to 3,200 this time and only Banicevic stuck around for the {4-Diamonds} on the river. Both players knuckled the table and Banicevic showed {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for a missed straight and flush draw while the {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} was good enough for Sazhinov.
