Kaesler Makes a Boat

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

With 115,000 in the pot with the flop showing {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, Nebojsa Ankucic check-called a bet of 55,000 from David Kaesler on the {5-Diamonds} turn.

The river brought in the {4-Clubs} and Ankucic checked. Kaesler sized up to 80,000 and Ankucic went into the tank. After around two minutes, Ankucic called and was shown the bad news as Kaesler had {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a full house.

Covrig Pays Off Vogelsang

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

In a battle of the blinds with some 36,000 in the middle, Sergiu Covrig checked the {q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{8-Hearts} river. Christoph Vogelsang bet 27,000 and earned a reluctant call by Covrig.

Vogelsang rolled over the {q-Clubs}{7-Spades} for a straight and that won the pot.

Tran Doubles Through Karoui

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Tony Tran
Tony Tran

The action started with a player from early position raising and Moncef Karoui three-betting to 15,500. Tony Tran that was next to him made it 66,000 and the action was back to Karoui.

He thought for over three minutes as time had to be called in order to make a decision. He ended up calling.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and Karoui led all-in covering Tran who snap-called.

Karoui opened {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a gut-shot and a backdoor flush draw, while Tran was ahead with {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}.

The turn was the {k-Diamonds} and the river the {a-Clubs} and Tran doubled up.

Rezaei Jams On Tabacaru; Sinclair Not Sighted

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Daniel Rezaei
Daniel Rezaei

With 70,000 in the pot on the completed board of {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, Ion Tabacaru, in the small blind, checked before Daniel Rezaei moved all-in to put his opponent at risk.

Tabacaru, who had around 70,000 behind, looked very uncomfortable and was squirming in his seat. He slapped his chip stack on the table, behind the calling line, several times before folding.

Rezaei didn't show his cards and scooped the pot to break the 600,000 mark. Jack Sinclair, the 2018 WSOPE Main Event winner, was at the same table but he was eliminated just before the last break.

Ace Queen High Good for Diaz

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Athanasios Kidas raised to 6,000 from early position and Fahredin Mustafov called next to him.

Guillaume Diaz from the hijack made it 20,000 and only Kidas called.

The flop was {10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Kidas check-called a 15,000 bet from Diaz.

On the {4-Hearts} turn, Diaz shoved all-in for 90,000 and Kidas made the call after a minute.

Diaz had {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for ace-queen high and Kidas turned over {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for ace-jack high but with a flush draw as well.

The river was the {6-Hearts} and Diaz's ace-queen was enough to double him up.

No Call for Andrian

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Simone Andrian raised to 5,000 in the cutoff and was called by Sebastian Gaehl and Szymon Wysocki, the latter of which was in the big blind. The {10-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop was checked to Andrian and he bet 12,000 for Wysocki to call.

The remaining two players headed to the {8-Diamonds} turn on which Wysocki checked once more. Andrian now bet 28,000 and Wysocki mulled over his decision for a while before sending the cards into the muck.

Wendlandt Eliminated by Smolka

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

On a completed board of {j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{10-Spades}, Henning Wendlandt jammed for just under 50,000. He only had to get through Dawid Smolka but was looked up by the superior stack.

Wendlandt tabled {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} for a very short time and Smolka dealt the final blow with the {q-Hearts}{7-Spades} for two pair.

Schuh Doubles Through Bryksin

Level 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Michal Schuh
Michal Schuh

Ivan Bryksin raised to 6,000 and earned a call by Daniel Pidun on the button. Michal Schuh then three-bet to 25,000 in the big blind and Bryksin inquired "how much is your stack?" before he shrugged, added "it doesn't matter" and piled a large tower of T-5,000 chips into the middle.

Pidun folded but Schuh called instantly for the 130,000 he had behind.

Michal Schuh: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Ivan Bryksin: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The kicker played on the {8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} board as Schuh doubled.
