Guillaume Diaz opened to 250,000 from the cutoff and Josef Gulas Jr three-bet to 1,075,000 from the small blind, for Diaz to call.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Gulas Jr continued for 860,000. Diaz called.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Gulas checked. Diaz shoved all-in for 4,300,000 roughly. Gulas went deep in the tank counted out the bet of Diaz and put it aside. He kept thinking for over two minutes. and eventually made the call.

This was by far the biggest pot of the tournament and both players were in agony for the river card.

The river was the {7-Spades} and Diaz bricked his draws and so he was eliminated in 11th place, for Gulas Jr to become the massive leader.

Stanislav Koleno opened to 225,000 on the button and Alexander Tkatschew called from the big blind.

Tkatschew check-called his opponent's 225,000 bet on the {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} flop before both players checked on the {j-Clubs} turn.

Action checked through again on the {j-Diamonds} river and Tkatschew tabled his {8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for the winner.

In a limped battle of the blinds, Ilija Savevski bet the {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop for 125,000 and Alexander Tkatschew called. The {10-Spades} turn and {q-Hearts} river were checked and Savevski won the pot with the {q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}.

Savevski then raised to 250,000 and Thomas Denie moved all-in with the covering stack to force a fold.

Nedelcu Check-Raises Successfully

Stanislav Koleno raised to 260,000 and Tomas Denie then three-bet to 660,000, which won the pot uncontested.

One hand later, Narcis Nedelcu defended the big blind against a button raise by Alexander Tkatschew. The {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Spades} flop brought a check by Nedelcu and Tkatschew bet 120,000. Nedelcu check-raised to 275,000 and that won the pot as Nedelcu flashed {9-Spades}{6-Clubs}.
