At the same time at another table, Ioannis Angelou-Konstas bet enough to put Axel Hallay all in on a board of 5♠A♠6♣K♦9♥. Hallay, with around 350,000 remaining, again tanked for several minutes until Dario Sammartino called the clock.
Hallay allowed the timer to reach zero before his hand was declared dead. "Did you have an ace," Angelou-Konstas asked.
