Eychenne First Octuples, Then Loses All

Level 13 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Thomas Eychenne
Thomas Eychenne

Ioannis Angelou Konstas raised to 40,000 from under the gun, and Thomas Eychenne was left with his last 5,000. He used a time bank and then called from the button while the rest folded.

Thomas Eychenne: 62 All in
Ioannis Angelou Konstas: J5

The board ran out 96542 for Eychenne to flop a pair and improve to two pair on the river to stay alive for now.

However, during the next hand, he shoved for 40,000 from under the gun for Iago Savino to reshove with the biggest stack at the table from the small blind for Angelou Konstas to fold his big blind.

Thomas Eychenne: 53 All in
Iago Savino: A6

The board ran out Q88710 to not help Eychenne in any way as he made his way out of the tournament area.

Savino On a Rampage

Level 13 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Iago Savino
Iago Savino

Iago Savino registered late, but has stormed into the chip lead!

First, Fahredin Mustafov shoved the cutoff for around 150,000 and Emilien Pitavy reshoved a slightly bigger stack on the button. Savino was in the big blind and put them both at risk.

Fahredin Mustafov: AK All in
Emilien Pitavy: 99 All in
Iago Savino: JJ

There was no sweat for Savino as he made a set on the 7J2 flop to take a huge lead. No miracles happened on the A10 runout, and Savino sent two players packing.

Shortly after that, there was a board of 4Q2J9 with around 600,000 in the middle. Thomas Eychenne bet about 300,000, leaving a little behind, and Savino snap-called.

Eychenne showed a set with 44, but Savino had a flush with 97 to scoop the pot and jump into the chip lead.

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Krasimir Yankov
Krasimir Yankov

Jan-Peter Jachtmann made it 50,000 to go from under the gun and Martin Kabrhel called on the button. Krasimir Yankov shoved the big blind for 290,000, Jachtmann shoved, and Kabrhel folded.

Krasimir Yankov: A10 All in
Jan-Peter Jachtmann: JJ

Yankov needed some help, but instead fell further behind on the J28 flop as Jachtmann made a set. Some hope did arrive for Yankov on the K turn in the form of a gutshot, but the 5 river meant he was eliminated.

Mustafov and Angelou Konstas Flip Twice

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Ioannis Angelou Konstas and Fahredin Mustafov flipped twice with different results.

On the first hand, the cards went on their backs very quickly with Mustafov at risk with the shorter stack.

Fahredin Mustafov: AQ All in
Ioannis Angelou Konstas: A4

The board ran out 610978 for them to chop the pot with the straight on the table.

A few hands later, Angelou Konstas had put Mustafov all-in from the cutoff, with the latter calling for the 130,000 he had behind on the button.

Fahredin Mustafov: 77 All in
Ioannis Angelou Konstas: K10

The flop came 1077 for Mustafov to hit trips and for Angelou Konstas to hope for a runner-runner to not have to double Mustafov up. However, the rest of the board was completed with the A on the turn and the 5 on the river for Mustafov to double up.

Golinski Flipped Out; Savino Doubles

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Mariusz Golinski hadn't long been in his seat, but found himself all in for the starting stack against Salih Atac.

Mariusz Golinski: 77 All in
Salih Atac: A10

Golinski needed to win a flip, but the KA9 flop wasn't good for him as Atac paired his ace. A 106 runout didn't contain any nines, and Golinski was sent to the rail.

Elsewhere, Iago Savino had his starting stack in the middle from the button and was up against Fahredin Mustafov in the big blind.

Iago Savino: AK All in
Fahredin Mustafov: J10

Savino didn't need to wait long to lock up the pot as the 6Q7 flop gave him a flush. The 34 runout wasn't even needed, and Savino doubled up.

Jan-Peter Jachtmann: AA All in
