Bastian Gallitzendoerfer raised to 400,000 under the gun and Murilo Garcia three-bet to 1,500,000 in the big blind with J♠J♣. Gallitzendoerfer called and the flop came K♥7♥6♦.
Garcia then bet 450,000, and Gallitzendoerfer folded Q♦J♥.
A few hands later, Claudio Di Giacomo raised to 400,000 under the gun and Garcia three-bet to 1,050,000 in the cutoff. Gallitzendoerfer moved all in for 4,175,000 on the button and Di Giacomo folded, but Garcia called to put him at risk.
Gallitzendoerfer had run into Garcia's kings and needed to find an ace to survive, but he missed the 5♦4♠4♣7♥2♠ board and was eliminated in 10th place.
The remaining nine players are drawing for seats at the final table.
On the first hand of the final table, Daniel Pidun raised to 450,000 in early position and Claudio Di Giacomo called in the big blind.
The flop came J♦7♥5♦ and Pidun bet 325,000. Di Giacomo called and they checked the 10♦ turn.
Di Giacomo led out for 650,000 on the J♣ river, and Pidun called. Di Giacomo showed 9♣6♣ for a missed straight draw, while Pidun had K♦10♠ for two pair to win the pot.
Gerald Karlic raised to 400,000 from an early position and Claudio Di Giacomo counted his stack carefully with the 8♦8♣ in the cutoff, investing one time bank in the process. He then just flat-called and so did Daniel Pidun in the small blind with the 10♦9♦.
Murilo Garcia in the big blind had other plans and used two time bank extensions before pulling the trigger with a shove out of the big blind. Karlic called all-in for 4,250,000 and the other two folded.

In a limped pot between the blinds, Max Neugebauer and Gerald Karlic checked to the turn on a board of K♠J♥9♦5♣. Karlic then bet 200,000 with 9♠7♥ and Neugebauer called holding 5♦3♦.
The river was the 8♣ and Karlic bet another 400,000. Neugebauer then raised to 1,800,000 with his pair of fives, and Karlic laid down his nines.
Matthias Gude raised to 400,000 on the button and Claudio Di Giacomo called in the big blind.
The 8♣4♦2♣ flop was checked through to the 7♠ turn, where Di Giacomo led out for 375,000. Gude called.
Di Giacomo bet another 700,000 on the J♥ river, and Gude again called. Di Giacomo showed 9♦7♣ for a pair of sevens, and Gude mucked K♣5♦ for king-high.
