Zhao Shoves on Filipovskyi; Giudice Picks Up Queens to Bust Bloch

Level 16 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Maksym Filipovskyi raised to 32,000 in the cutoff and Cheng Zhao called on the button.

The flop came 443 and Filipovskyi bet 80,000. Zhao called and the 8 fell on the turn.

Filipovskyi then bet 105,000, but Zhao came back with an all-in shove for 253,000. Filipovskyi spent a few minutes in the tank until folding, and Zhao showed him 65 as he took the pot.

Start-of-day chip leader Giuliano Bendinelli, Georgios Tsouloftas, and Michael Sklenicka are also at this table.

At another table, Jan Bloch had moved all in for 140,000 on the button and Manfred Mueller reraised to 300,000 in early position. Giovanni Giudice then reshoved for 873,000 in middle position, and Mueller took a few minutes before folding.

Jan Bloch: KJ All in
Giovanni Giudice: QQ

"Oh oh," Bloch said as the flop came 433. The rest of the board came 108 as Giudice secured the pot to score the knockout, while Mueller gave himself a pat on the back after the hand.

Do Flops Two Pair in Four-Way Pot

Level 16 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Maor Zaharagi opened from early position to 32,000 and Patrick White called from the next seat. Lukas Zaskodny was in the cutoff and called, as did Anh Do in the big blind.

The quarter saw a flop of 38Q, which checked to White, who bet 64,000. Zaskodny quickly called before Do raised to 138,000. Zaharagi folded, White also folded, and Zaskodny shoved. Do called off his last few chips.

Anh Do: Q3 All in
Lukas Zaskodny: 87

Zaskodny was a non-believer, and in order to come out of the pot with anything, he needed to get lucky. However, luck wasn't on his side as the KJ runout meant Do more than doubled up with his two pair.

The three saw a flop of 4K9, which checked to the 2 turn. Vrancsik bet 53,000, Colavita folded, and Baltateanu called.

Kasper and Zaharagi Both Double

Level 16 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Benno Jobst opened from early position and then called the shove of Ruslan Kasper, who moved all in for 60,000 from the cutoff.

Ruslan Kasper: 99 All in
Benno Jobst: A10

Kasper was ahead with his pair of nines, and stayed there through the 24472 runout to earn himself a double-up.

Elsewhere, Maor Zaharagi was seen getting a full double as on a board of 74Q9A, his stack of 236,000 was in the middle by the time the river was dealt holding two pair with A9. Anh Do's cards were already mucked, but he had to cough up the chips, which left him with around 200,000.

Elefante Stomps on Verner

Level 16 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Jan Verner moved all in from the button, having both opponents in the blinds covered, and Francesco Elefante called for his last 156,000 in the small blind.

Francesco Elefante: AK All in
Jan Verner: Q8

Both players hit a pair on the AJ8 flop, but Elefante remained in the lead with his aces. The 7 turn improved him to the nut flush, and Verner was already drawing dead by the 5 river as he handed over the double up.

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Kevin Fluegel raised to 25,000 under the gun and Wissam Ouertani called in middle position. Manfred Mueller then three-bet to 70,000 in the hijack, and only Fluegel called.

The flop came K33 and Mueller continued for 75,000. Fluegel called and they both checked the 2 turn.

Fluegel also checked the 6 river and Mueller bet 175,000. Fluegel leaned back in his seat and let out a big sigh before tossing in a chip to signify a call. Mueller showed him KK for a flopped full house, and Fluegel mucked.
