Mao with a Full House

Level 25 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

In a limped pot, Dario Alioto in the small blind and Renji Mao in the big blind checked a flop of 2JJ.

On the 6 turn, Alioto bet 80,000, but Mao didn't back down and called.

Alioto checked the 8 river, so Mao seized this opportunity to bet 200,000. Alioto snap-called, but mucked his cards after Mao revealed QJ83 for a full house.

Derkowski Constantly in the Action

Level 25 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Grzegorz Derkowski
Grzegorz Derkowski

Grzegorz Derkowski limped the button before Dario Alioto potted it to 320,000 out of the small blind. Derkowski called.

Alioto announced a bet of 800,000 on the 5710 flop, and Derkowski snap-folded.

On the next hand, Renji Mao completed from the small blind and Derkowski checked out of the big blind.

Both players checked the 5A4 flop to see the 2 hit the turn. Mao bet 100,000 and was met by a raise to around 350,000 by Derkowski. Mao immediately folded and surrendered the pot to Derkowski.

A few hands later, Derkowski raised the button to 280,000, and Mao defended his big blind.

Mao went for a check-fold on the 1032 flop after Derkowski bet 450,000.

Fahredin Mustafov
Fahredin Mustafov

Fahredin Mustafov limped from the button, and so did Grzegorz Derkowski in the small blind. Dario Alioto, in the big blind, however, raised to 320,000, and Mustafov was the only one to call.

Alioto announced a bet on a flop of 10J7, but he didn't have time to push chips forward because Mustafov was moving all in for 595,000. Alioto snap-called.

Dario Alioto: AA103

Mustafov had a combo draw, but Alioto had higher spades in his flush draw. The 5 turn completed Alioto's nut flush, so Mustafov was already eliminated before the 8 river was revealed.

Dario Alioto raised from the small blind and Zdenek Zizka jammed for 420,000 out of the big blind. Alioto called, and the players went to a showdown.

Dario Alioto: AQ105

Zizka had three aces in his hand and needed a clean runout to double again. The dealer spread out a flop of 92J, giving Alioto a flush. Zizka was drawing dead after the 4 turn rolled off as the 10 completed the board.

Zizka headed to the rail in fifth and Alioto was back up to over three million.

Salih Atac opened to 210,000 from the cutoff. Renji Mao on the button three-bet to 720,000. Atac raised, and they ended up moving all their chips in for a massive 4,000,000-chip pot.

Zdenek Zizka

Grzegorz Derkowski raised to 185,000 from under the gun and Zdenek Zizka jammed for 190,000 from the cutoff. Derkowski called when the action folded back to him.

Zizka picked up a straight draw on the 1087 flop. A 8 turn meant Zizka needed to hit the river to best Derkowski's cowboys. A J completed the board, and Zizka had spiked a straight to survive.

Fahredin Mustafov commented after the hand, "He has nine lives."

One of Zizka's fans, Martin Kabrhel, who was on the rail, replied with, "Yes, he has nine wives."

After winning a pot from Fahredin Mustafov, Renji Mao defended his big blind against Zdenek Zizka, who opened to 210,000 from the hijack.

The dealer fanned a flop of 10QQ that Zizka checked. Mao looked at Zizka's stack and bet 300,000.

Zizka went deep into the tank for almost three minutes, using four of his six time bank extensions. He eventually chose to fold to keep six big blinds.

Another two checks came after the K river, and Mao took down the pot with J774 for just a pair of jacks.
