Foxen Calls Clock on Kovac

Fikret Kovac raised to 18,000 from the cutoff and was called by the player in the small blind before Alex Foxen three-bet to 105,000 from the big blind.
Only Kovac called bring action heads-up to the 
flop. Foxen continued for 75,000 and Kovac quickly put out a 200,000 raise. Foxen glared at Kovac and announced a 330,000 three-bet. Kovac took a few minutes and then put in the chips bringing the 
turn.
A few moments went buy before Foxen said all in, sending Kovac deep into the tank. After a good amount of time went by, Foxen called for a clock and the tournament director began the 25-second countdown. Kovac used the full amount of time, then mucked his hand and told Foxen, "I mucked 
."
