2025 Wynn Summer Classic
Sunday (June 15), saw three new events start kick off at the 2025 Wynn Summer Classic.
The $2,200 Mystery Bounty kicked off with Day 1A of this $3,000,000 guaranteed event drawing a big crowd.
Meanwhile, the $1,00 Seniors No Limit Hold’em and a $1,100 No Limit Hold’em Turbo event both went from shuffle up to wind-down over the course of the day.
Big Turnout For Day 1A Of Mystery Bounty Event
The big event yesterday was the $2,200 Mystery Bounty which kicked off Day 1A. This mystery bounty flight brought 264 players out of the woodwork, hunting for hands, chips, and eventually heads.
The way the Mystery Bounty works is that every player who makes it to Day 2 will be assigned a mystery bounty. Whoever eliminates that player earns that bounty and the chance to draw a random prize with a value between $500 and $250,000.
From the 264 entries on the first of four Day 1 flights, 33 players made it to Day 2.
Rabah Ait Abdelmalek now leads the way with 640,000 in chips. He is followed in second by an Australian pro, Joshua Mccully, with 572,000.
Other notable players who bagged include Paulius Vaitiekunas (552,000), Michael Jozoff (536,000), Faraz Jaka (411,000), and Ethan "Rampage" Yau (385,000).
Day 1B starts later today, and there are satellites running at 10 a.m. today and tomorrow.
