Devon Sampson Wins Wynn Summer Classic $1,100 T.O.E.
Devon Sampson came out on top in the Wynn Summer Classic $1,100 T.O.E., beating a 127-entry field and banking $32,053 for the win.
The mixed-game event, which rotates between 2-7 Triple Draw, Omaha Hi-Lo, and Stud Hi-Lo, drew a strong field looking to put their all-around game to the test.
By the end of it, Sampson was the last player standing, getting the better of Kenneth Reisch heads-up after the pair outlasted the 16 players who made the money.
Joseph Weinberger finished third for $14,521, while Yuanting Wang and Raymundo Ortega Garcia rounded out the top five.
The event generated a $123,825 prize pool, more than doubling its $50,000 guarantee, and provided another mixed-game showcase as the Wynn Summer Classic rolls on alongside a packed summer schedule in Las Vegas.
