8:50 Sports App from iBus to Cover Boxing, Snooker, Darts

8:50 Sports Digest

8:50 Sports Digest, the premier condensed sports news app by iBus Media, has expanded to add coverage of boxing, snooker, and darts.

The app, which is free and available on both Android and Apple devices, is meant to be an aid to busy sports fans, many of whom might be hurrying to their nine-to-five jobs and have just a few minutes to catch up on the day's news. 8:50, developed by tech expert John Bishop and sports journalist Neil Goulding, seeks to package and condense information about a wide-ranging group of sports for these fans and will now be even more extensive.

"Our team is committed to bringing all the vital information to users in our unique style, and we're delighted that we're now able to do that for three more popular sports," said Content Editor Rob Hayes. "We're proud of the service we provide to an ever-increasing number of busy sports fans."

8:50 launched in 2014 with sports such as soccer, cricket, golf, tennis, and Formula 1. Basketball and baseball were added in another update, and now fans of boxing, snooker, and darts will have ready access to fast sports news. Users can tailor the news on the app to deliver only what they're interested in seeing.

"The addition of these new sports on top of all of design and development updates we’ve made will greatly enhance the overall user experience," said iBus Chief Creative Office Matthew Parvis.

You can install 850 on your iPhone from the Apple Store, or on your Android device in the Google Play Store.
