RunGood Poker Series Reveals “Game Seven” Fall Season Schedule

The RunGood Poker Series, fresh off winning the Global Poker Award for Mid-Major Tour of the Year, is always spicing things up by giving their biannual seasons a theme. For instance, this year’s Spring season was titled “Showbound” and qualified two players to appear on Poker After Dark.
Now, the RGPS is shifting gears for the Fall Season by partnering with Signature Championship Rings for a “Game Seven” theme, which will award National Championship styled rings to every RGPS tournament champion at all seven stops.
“We are really excited they chose us to help celebrate their champions."
“It’s tough to win poker tournaments and it should be celebrated spectacularly even if it’s a $100 Turbo. Who doesn’t want a championship ring?” said Tana Karn, President of RunGoodGear.
To further drive home the sports theme, RGPS will encourage poker player to compete in their favorite sports team apparel.
"We jumped at the opportunity to be part of the RunGood Poker Series tournaments this year,” said Paige Hernandez, National Sales Director for Signature Championship Rings. “We are really excited they chose us to help celebrate their champions."
Take Me Out to the Ballgame
The RGPS “Game Seven” season will be comprised of six familiar stops and one new addition to the schedule – The Grand Casino and Resort located just 15 minutes outside of Oklahoma City.
“The Grand Casino is excited to host such a great event to bring in poker action from all over the Midwest,” said Chad Toy, Poker Room Manager at Grand Casino and Resort.
Each stop will feature the tour’s signature tournaments such as the $135 RG Pro Bounty and a $100,000 GTD Main Event each weekend.
What’s more, PokerNews will once again return to live report each RGPS Main Event during the “Game Seven” Fall Season.
