Complete Guide to APT Jeju 2025: Full Schedule, What to Do & Where to Stay
The Asian Poker Tour (APT) is heading back to the beautiful South Korean island of Jeju for the APT Jeju, South Korea 2025 festival. After smashing records earlier this year at APT Incheon, the APT is ready to deliver another unforgettable stop. This time the action takes place at the Jeju Shinhwa World Resort in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea.
Running from September 26 through October 5, the 103-event festival (including satellites) boasts nearly KRW 4.9 billion (~USD 3.4 million) in guaranteed prize pools, with the prestigious Main Event leading the way at KRW 2.2 billion (~USD 1.5 million) guaranteed.
Joining the centerpiece are the tour’s other signature events, the APT Super High Roller and the APT High Roller, alongside dozens of side tournaments spanning every format imaginable. Add in the cash games and Jeju’s natural and cultural attractions, and players are in for a true poker holiday.
Where is APT Jeju 2025 Held?
All tournaments will take place at the Landing Casino Jeju. The venue is around 28km from Jeju International Airport, with private transfers available via APT’s official travel partner, DK Poker Tour Bookings, who also run an airport desk where players can arrange a car directly. Prices are $70 for a seven-seater and $90 for a nine-seater.
Public transport is another option. The 151 bus departs from Jeju International Airport in intervals of 30–70 minutes and drops passengers six stops later at the Myths & History Theme Park, right next to the resort.
As with other APT festivals, players must be at least 19 years old and present valid government-issued ID to play in events or redeem prizes. The dress code is smart casual, meaning no pajamas or sandals are allowed, and photography or video recording is prohibited inside the casino. Smoking is also restricted to designated areas only.
Where to Stay in Jeju
APT Jeju players are spoiled for choice when it comes to five-star accommodation, all within a short walk of the casino.
The Landing Hotel, located just a few steps away from the venue, offers exclusive APT rates from KRW 275,000 per night for a Superior King room. The Shinhwa Hotel, located next door, has premium options starting at KRW 281,160 for a Superior King or Twin room, with suites reaching KRW 439,560.
