The Wynn Millions series, running Feb. 16 through March 22 at Wynn Las Vegas, continued to build momentum this week as the $3,500 Wynn Millions Championship took center stage. Just 44 of 693 entries remain heading into Day 3, with a stacked field still in contention for the title. While the Championship headlines the series, Joseph McKeehen, Joseph Serock and Matthew Land added marquee victories to their resumes with wins in side events this past week.

Day 2 of the $3,500 Wynn Millions Championship event began with big-name pros Scott Ball and Calvin Anderson leading the way. Neither player advanced to Day 3, which begins at noon on Monday from inside Wynn Las Vegas.

Although some top pros were unable to find a bag, many other high-profile players are still in the hunt. That includes Nadya Magnus, once a PokerStars Big Game "Loose Cannon" and now a respected grinder with a strong presence on social media.

Magnus, who bagged 2,590,000 chips, is one of 44 of the original 693 players still standing. Her lead over Ernest Bush (2,330,000) is slim. Jesse Lonis, one of the top high-stakes tournament players in the world, also bagged a healthy stack with 1,470,000 chips.
