How to Play Top Pair, Bad Kicker Out of Position

In this video, I share a hand I played in a $5,000 buy-in World Series of Poker event last summer involving myself, 2010 WSOP Main Event champion Jonathan Duhamel, and Frank Kassela who in 2010 won the WSOP Player of the Year.

After Duhamel raises from the button, I defend from the small blind and Kassela comes along as well from the big blind. I then flopped top pair and was able to find a way to extract a decent amount of value.
