Pregowski Eliminated

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Kfir Ivgi jammed up his stack when he three-bet all in for around 20,000, facing a raise to 1,300 and two calls.

Krzysztof Pregowski, who had started well into Day 1b, has seen his stack get reduced to only 12,000 lately and he just ended up all in with {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts} on the {K-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop. Ramlal Basdeo looked him up with {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} and two blanks later Pregowski was eliminated.

The same table now also features Tuomo Niskanen, who three-bet an open raise by Olabode Akinnugba from 1,300 to 3,700. Akinnugba called and checked the [Qd7h3h| flop, but quickly folded when Niskanen continued for 3,300.

Garaway Takes From Muehloecker

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Antoine Saout and Thomas Muehloecker were among those to register in the current or last level, and they ended up at the same table.

Muehloecker just lost a pot when paying off the 5,000 bet by Glen Garaway on the {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} river. Garaway showed the {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and that was good enough to win the pot.

Hesp Gets There on the River

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Down to very few chips, John Hesp ended up all in and at risk with the {A-Diamonds}{5-Spades}. Kfir Ivgi, who had entered not long ago and lost some chips, tabled the {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} and the {Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop further diminished the chances of Hesp. The {9-Diamonds} turn was a blank, but the {5-Diamonds} river let Hesp double in fortunate fashion.

Scott Blumstein had walked over to the table to see the showdown unfold and got back to his seat two tables over once the jovial Brit had doubled to remain in contention.

Karlo Escapes From Elimination

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Tomas Karlo had doubled for very few chips not long ago and was then all in again for 6,900 with the {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}. Nicholas Lee looked him up with the {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts} and the board of {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}{5-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Spades} improved Karlo to a full house.

The hope of a comeback for the Croatian was cut down almost immediately, as he paid off the top pair and top kicker of his table neighbor to drop back to 10 big blinds.

Winstone Sends Radu to the Rail

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

A three-bet to Neculai Radu for 3,300 was in front of Neculai Radu and the remainder of his stack went in when facing further action from Tom Winstone. Radu ended up at risk with the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades} and Winstone held {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}.

The board came {Q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{J-Spades} and Winstone improved to trips. Radu had some 23,000 at that point and was covered to exit the tournament area.
