Both players had flopped two pair, but McConachie's queen-kicker continued to play through the 3♥ turn and J♠ river to earn him the double up.
After an action-packed first two levels that brought the field down to just three, the remaining players are going on the first 15-minute break of the day.

Johnny Lindroos raised to 200,000 under the gun and Mauro Panto three-bet to 900,000 in the cutoff. Lindroos called and the flop came 8♠2♥2♦.

The rest of the board ran out 2♥8♥ and Panto scored the double knockout, sending Garcia out in sixth place while Peluso claimed fifth as the bigger stack.
