Nicholas Swann raised to 6,000 in the cutoff and was called by Shi Dong on the button and Michael Kane in the big blind.

Action checked to Dong on the A♥6♥5♥ flop and he bet 7,000. Kane called, but Swann raised to 21,000. Both Dong and Kane called.

Swann bet another 22,000 on the 5♠ turn and Dong quickly folded, but Kane tanked for several minutes until calling. The river was the 3♠ and Swann moved all in.

Kane snap-called this time for his last 50,000, and Swann showed K♥9♥ for a flush. Kane tossed J♥4♥ for a smaller flush into the muck and headed for the exit.

Bryan Taylor raised to 6,000 on the button and Vasileios Kontogiannis called in the small blind. Cameron Johnston then moved all in for 31,000 in the big blind and Taylor called, but Kontogiannis reshoved. Taylor quickly called for his last 80,000.

Kontogiannis had woken up with kings and was poised for the double knockout as the flop came J♣7♣5♦. The 10♠ turn gave Taylor more outs, but it was Johnston who hit the A♦ river to make two pair and triple up. Kontogiannis took the side pot to send Taylor to the rail.

Hawkes bet another 5,500 on the 5♣ turn, and Davenport again called. The river was the 8♣ and Hawkes bet 9,000. Davenport called once more, and Hawkes showed K♥7♦ for trips to win the pot.

Johnston was dominated and at risk, but he hit two pair on the A♠J♥10♦ flop to take the lead. The rest of the board ran out 5♥7♣ and Johnston doubled up.

Despite that hit, Ramos is still sitting on one of the biggest stacks in the room with around 240,000.

Matthew Davenport raised to 5,000 on the button, Shi Dong three-bet to 15,000 in the small blind, and Davenport called.

The flop came K♥4♣5♦ and Dong bet 10,000. Davenport called, and they both checked the Q♥ turn.

Dong then moved all in for 48,000 on the 7♣ river, and Davenport tanked for a few minutes before calling. Dong turned over A♠A♣, and Davenport's 5♣2♣ quickly hit the muck as he was left with just one big blind.

At the same time at an adjacent table, Brandon Sheils and Terry Grant had built a pot of around 40,000 on a flop of J♣9♦Q♠ when Sheils bet 11,500 from the hijack. Grant called in early position.

Sheils bet another 27,500 on the A♦ turn, and Grant again called. Both players checked down the 6♣ river, and Sheils turned over A♠K♠. Grant mucked K♣Q♣.

In a battle between the blinds, William Henderson got his stack of around 70,000 in the middle and was up against Jake Collins.

It was a massive flip with nearly 150,000 at stake, and Collins' jacks stayed in the lead through the 10♣8♦3♠2♦4♣ board. "Bloody hell," Henderson said on his way to the exit.

Collins, who made the final table of the 888poker Live Madrid Main Event in January, stacked up nearly 300,000 with that pot.
