Lopez Looks Too Comfortable For McConachie

Level 9 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Around 30,000 was in the pot as David McConachie and Axel Lopez saw the river on a completed board of 681078. McConachie then bet 15,000 from the button, and Lopez came back with a raise to 80,000 in the big blind.

"Only one hand. Two hands, actually," McConachie said as he went deep into the tank, taking several minutes to consider the decision.

"You just look so comfortable. Most people I would call," he eventually said to Lopez, tossing A4 into the muck. Lopez showed him 108 for a rivered full house as he took in the pot.

Javier Garcia three-bet to 5,500 in the small blind and Nacho Cuesta called under the gun.

The flop came J44 and Garcia continued for 5,000. Cuesta called to the 9 turn, where Garcia bet another 8,000. Cuesta again called.

The river was the 8 and Garcia moved all in. "You can call time," Cuesta said as he tanked for nearly five minutes before calling for his last 12,500 with 1010. Garcia could only show A6 for a bluff as he handed over the double up.

At the same time on another table, a pot of around 60,000 was brewing between Jorge Ufano and an opponent in middle position on a board of 7A227. Ufano then bet 44,000 from the big blind, and his opponent took a few minutes before calling.

Level 8 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Antonios Loupasis three-bet to 5,000 in early position and was called by an opponent on the button and Andrea D'Agostino under the gun.

Loupasis continued for 3,000 on the Q910 flop and the button raised to 8,000. D'Agostino called, while Loupasis then moved all in for 33,500. The button snap-called, and D'Agostino got out of the way.

Antonios Loupasis: AQ All in
Opponent: K4

Loupasis had flopped top pair with the nut flush draw, while his opponent was drawing thin holding K4 for an inferior flush draw. The 4 turn gave the button some outs, but Loupasis held on the 7 river to double up.
