Maria Ho started the day with a very small stack, but managed to run it up to around 35,000. Well, its back to square one for Ho as she has just taken a big hit to her stack.
It started when Ho opened it up to 2,500 from the cutoff seat. The small blind player then moved all in for around 19,000 in the small blind. The big blind got out of the way and Ho quickly made the call.

Tobin Ryall finished up Day 1a as the overall chip leader going into today's action. That trend is continuing early into the day as he now sits behind a stack of 225,000. Bill Kennedy also started the day as one of the chip leaders and he now sits with significantly less.
Gordon Huntly took to a flop showing

in a raised pot against one opponent. The action was checked to Huntly and he made it 11,600 to go. The player made the call and the

On the river, Huntly's opponent led out for 15,400 and Huntly thought for a few moments before raising it up to 40,000. The player instantly let his hand go and Huntly took in the pot to crack 200,000 in chips.
Tobin Ryall is the current chip leader for Day 2 of the ANZPT Main Event. I had a chat with him on PokerStars.tv before play commenced.
