Juicy Double for Li

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Macau regular Juicy Li was recently down to under 3,500 in chips, but thankfully for her, she found a double up. It was in a blind vs. blind situation, with Luke Edwards being in the small blind holding {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} and Li being in the big blind with {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Li was all in for 3,375 and the board ran out {q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} to give her the double.

Team Pro Travelling Nicely

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Team PokerStars Pro and Singapore's all-time tournament money winner Bryan Huang is travelling nicely.

Huang recently scooped up a pot that started when a player opened to 800 from under the gun. Huang, along with two other players, made the call and the dealer flipped over a {j-Clubs}{2-Spades}{9-Diamonds} flop. The action was checked to Huang here and he bet 1,700 and took it down.

Huang is now up to 42,000 - more than double the starting stack.

The Champ is Here

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

2005 WSOP Main Event champion Joe Hachem has taken his seat at the tables!

Hachem doesn't play too many ANZPT's, but this one in his home town and just so happens to be the largest ANZPT in history, so it's no suprise to see him grinding at the tables.

Former POY Building

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

2012 ANZ Player of the Year Mishel Anunu is starting to build a stack on Day 1b.

We recently watched Anunu take down a pot that started when he opened it up to 600 from middle position. Both the small blind and the big blind called and the dealer flipped over a {7-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Clubs} flop. All three players checked here and an {a-Hearts} was dealt on the turn. This time it was checked to Anunu, who bet 700. The small blind folded, while the big blind made the call.

On the {6-Diamonds} river, Anunu bet 2,000 when it was checked to him. Anunu's opponent tank-called and then sighed and folded when Anunu showed {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. Anunu just shrugged and scooped up the pot.
