The end of Simon Watt's tournament started a couple of hands ago when he opened the pot and was three-bet by Reggie Lyons. Watt then four-bet-shipped and was snapped off by Lyons.

In todays field we have Ricky Kroesen, Jesse McKenzie and Danny Chevalier present and they will both be looking to use this tournament to gain some ground on 2011 APPT Melbourne Main Event Champion, Leo Boxell.
The pot was opened to 525 by Ben McLean from middle position and when the action was on Artur Prokhorov he anounced raise, throwing in one 500 denomination chip. The ruling from the dealer was that it had to be a min-raise and when the play folded back around to McLean he made the call.

McLean led for 1,100 on the flop and Prokhorov made the call.
The turn was the and McLean threw in another 1,300. With a call from Prokhorov the river would fall the . This time McLean made it 4,000 and Prokhorov thought for quite some time before deciding to let his hand go.
McLean took down the pot to sit with a healthy chip stack, while the big stack that Prokhorov accumulated earlier is now looking a lot smaller.

PokerStars.net Team Online Pro Dale Philip and Jonathan Karamalikis have just rumbled over on their table with the action starting with a late position raise to 525 from Dale Philip.
Karamalikis was in the cutoff seat when he three-bet to 1,300 and when the action came back around to Philip he would four-bet to 3,400. Karamalikis then threw in the five-bet to 6,900 at which point Philip six-bet- shoved for his stack of a touch under 50,000. Karamalikis snap-folded and the pot was sent Philip's way.

We came to the action with a turn card just being dealt and a board showing and Tom Grigg in a hand up against one opponent.
Grigg check-raised to 3,200 after his opponent led for 1,175 and the river would be dealt the . This time Grigg would lead, firing out 15,575- a little more than was in the pot.
Grigg's opponent decided to make the call and when Grigg tabled his the opponent looked a little upset as he shoved his cards into the muck.

The action was folded around to the player in the cutoff seat and he made it 625 to go before Andrew Hinrichsen raised to 2,100 from the button. The blinds got out of the way and the cutoff player quickly called.
The {8h10d7c] fell on the flop and Hinrichsen's opponent led for 625. Hinrichsen thought for a few moments before making it 2,100. His opponent called and the was dealt on the turn. Again the player led, this time for 2,000 and Hinrichsen made the call.
