Near the end of level five, the tournament info shows 172 entries to boost the overall attendance to more than 350 entries. This has officially ensured that the $400,000 guarantee is not only met but easily surpassed already with five levels of late registration on Day 1b and the turbo heat 1c still to come.
So far, there are $455,706 in the pot but that number will very likely increase further in the hours to follow.
Daoxing Chen committed the last 4,000 chips and left a single chip behind for Sven McDermott and one further player to call as Christopher Mateo also came along. On the 8♥7♥6♥ flop, Chen moved all-in and McDermott raised to 800 as Mateo check-folded.

The 7♠ turn and 10♦ river ensured a triple up for Chen, who then limped the next hand. McDermott raised to 1,500 and three players including Mateo and Chen came along this time.
On a 7♦6♠4♠ flop, Mateo bet out of the small blind and Chen raised to 7,000. It folded back to Mateo, who pushed as Chen called all-in for 11,100.

The 8♣ turn improved Chen, and so did the 2♠ river as he jumped back to the starting stack within two hands.

Renniel Galvez had previously lost a big portion of his stack and was then all-in preflop earning two customers. David Erquiaga was one of them and went all-in over the top, which forced out a third player from South Korea.
