Why Limping Loses

The sandbagging strategy just seems to create too many complicated post-flop situations.

Recently a player in early position probably regretted limping his {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} into Rody Kaka with {q-Hearts}{5-Hearts} in the big blind.

The flop came {2-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Kaka fired out 2,000. The opponent just flat called. Kaka loved the {Q-Clubs} turn and fired out 6,000. He loved it even more when the opponent decided to move all in.

Of course Kaka snap called and the river blanked the {4-Diamonds}.

"If he bets preflop or on the flop, I'm out of there," said Kaka as he dragged the near 45,000 chip pot.
