Vic Thorton Eliminated in 25th Place (ZERO)

It didn't take long for the bubble to burst and it was Vic Thornton who was bestowed with the dubious title, courtesy of Jeff Ahmadi.

Thornton got the last of his money into the middle with {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, only to be called down by Ahmadi who showed {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}.

The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Clubs} - we're in the money and because of the post 2am finish, we're wrapping up!

Iwan Jones Elimininated; We're on the Bubble!

Damon Lum raised to 4,000 before the flop and the action folded around to Daniel Neilson who reraised to 10,700 from the button.

Iwan Jones then pushed all in over the top from the big blind for 32,800; Lum snap-called and Neilson quickly got out of the way.

Lum: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Jones: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

Though Jones hit on the flop of {k-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}, he was drawing very thin when the {6-Spades} fell on the turn. The {j-Clubs} bricked on the river, sending Jones to the rail and we are only one player away from the money!

Netter Caught

We don't know how it happened, but Tyler Netter was just down to 2,100 which he managed to move into the middle preflop in a desperate attempt to double up with {8-Spades}{6-Spades}, but Anton Bertilsson called him down with {q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}.

The board was spread {k-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and Netter was sent to the rail.

Clark Robbed by Dunst

The action folded around to Kyle Clark in the small blind who limped in before Tony Dunst checked to go heads-up into a flop of {2-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}.

Clark led out for 1,900 and Dunst called before both players checked the turn of the {5-Hearts}.

On the river of the {8-Spades}, Clark checked, Dunst fired out 5,800 and Clark mucked. Dunst flashed {8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} before raking in the pot.

Dunst is up to 193,000 while Clark is down to 59,000.

Joe Williams Eliminated

Joe Williams has just been eliminated at the hands of Leo Margets after getting his money into the middle preflop with {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, only to be outdrawn by Margets' {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} when the board came down {a-Hearts}{5-Spades}{6-Spades}{k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}.

Margets is back in the hunt, now up to around 75,000 in chips.

Peter Vujic Eliminated

The action folded around to Peter Vujic who raised to 3,300 before the flop before Andreas Riegen called from the button.

Kristian Lunardi reraised to 12,800, the big blind got out of the way, Vujic four-bet shoved the rest of his stack into the middle and Lunardi called after Riegen got out of the way.

Lunardi: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Vujic: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran out {2-Spades}{q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Spades}, sending Vujic to the rail and Lunardi's stack up to 240,000 in chips.

Thornton Scores Timely Double Up

With only 30 players remaining, Vic Thornton raised all in for 12,000 preflop after Allen Bari raised before him for 2,700.

The others got out of the way as Bari called, then the cards were revealed:

Thornton: {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Bari: {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

The flop of {q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} was a nightmare for Thornton and there was no help when the {8-Clubs} fell on the turn.

Thornton was down to just three outs, and BOOM - down came the river {a-Spades} to see him double up!

Thornton is up to 26,000 while Bari slips to 64,000 in chips.
