Lee Eliminates Palsovic

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Paul Palsovic
Paul Palsovic

Ali Ghezelbash raised to 8,000 from under the gun and was called by Gyeong Byeong Lee in the hijack as well as David Yan in the small blind. Paul Palsovic was in the big blind and re-raised to 44,000. Ghezelbash thought for a minute before opting to fold. Lee then snap-called. Yan mucked immediately after.

The flop fell {j-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Palsovic bet out 32,000. Lee instantly pushed out a raise totalling 102,000. Palsovic then moved all in for just short of 160,000. Lee snap-called.

Gyeong Byeong Lee: {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Paul Palsovic: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

Palsovic immediately knew his fate when Lee snap-called his shove realising his was out-flopped.

The {q-Spades} on the turn gave Palsovic extra outs however the {6-Diamonds} didn't help and Palsovic was eliminated.

Palsovic hunched down on his chair in disappointment before making the slow walk towards the exit.

Former Champ Krost Eliminated

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Tyron Krost
Tyron Krost

A new first-time Aussie Millions Main Event champion will be crowned as Tyron Krost has just been eliminated before the money. After losing all but very few chips in the previous hand with ace-queen against the ace-king of Jim Chahoud, Krost called all in and three active players headed to the {10-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop, no betting action followed.

On the {3-Hearts} turn, Michael Addamo bet 12,000 and was called by Andrian Chin and Greg Heaver. The {8-Diamonds} on the river was checked through once more and Addamo tabled the {A-Spades}{7-Spades} for a pair of sevens. Krost was already beat and flashed {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}, neither Chin ({A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}) nor Heaver ({A-Hearts}{5-Hearts}) could win the pot either.
