Jack Salter limped the small blind and Gyeong Byeong Lee raised to 75,000, Salter called. On a flop of

One hand later, a three-bet pot emerged between Bjorn Ostby and David Wang, but no further action took place on the board

After defending his big blind against Anthony Kingstont, Robert Glasspool moved all in with the flop showing

Over on the two outer tables, Simon Chahine lost a portion of his stack to Mike Del Vecchio and then got some of it back against Hamish Crawshaw, while Michael Addamo picked up a bluff by Gyeong Byeong Lee to boost his stack.
Del Vecchio check-called a bet of 60,00 on the 
flop and 90,000 on the turn. The

In the next hand, Crawshaw check-called 77,000 by Chahine on the flop. The turn was checked and Crawshaw also checked the river. Chahine bet 150,000 on the button and that won the pot uncontested.
The other table produced an eight-high board with 
and Addamo called a bet by Lee on the turn, then another 300,000 on the river. Lee was caught with

for a pair of treys and that was good enough to win the pot.
Yet another all in showdown took place on the feature table and it was Pim De Goede who called all in after his raise had resulted in the shove of Michael Egan.

There was a ten on the flop putting Kingston in the lead. The turn gave Chahine a straight draw, but the river was a brick and Kingston doubled up.
Over on the feature table, Gavin Flynn three-bet jammed for what appeared to be 557,000 in the big blind and initial raiser Matthew Wakeman called.

It was a classic flip and Flynn fell behind on the 
flop. He would find no further help on the turn and river, bowing out in 20th place for AU$61,500.
At the same time as Thibaut Klinghammer, another player ended up all in and at risk. That happened to be Dingxiang Ong, who jammed for around 275,000 on the button and was called by Jack Salter in the big blind.

flop provided some chop outs and Salter joked "oh, seven, the seven always comes." It wasn't the seven, but instead the 
that followed on the turn to give Salter the lead. Ong now needed a king or ten to avoid elimination, and the 
river reduced the field to the last 20 hopefuls.
Bryn Kenney opened from under the gun and Thibaut Klinghammer called in position. The flop came 
and both players checked.
The turn was the and Kenney check-called 60,000.
The river was the . Kenney checked to Klinghammer who bet 180,000 and the American check-raised all in putting his opponent to the test.
Klinghammer had around 450,000 behind and after a few minutes thinking, he called and Kenney turned over for a straight. Klinghammer nodded, showing for a set of jacks and he was eliminated.
