Ajez Doubles Through Eibinger

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

"It was a single-raised pot," Sosia Jiang said in chat and Jack Salter added "5,200 on the flop and 12,600 on the turn," as Matthias Eibinger had just paid off the 58,900 of Najeem Ajez on a board of {10-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}.

Eibinger's cards were in the muck already and the Austrian confirmed he had pocket jacks while Ajez scored the double with {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for top pair on the river.

Small Pots for Ajez and Lybaert

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Kristen Bicknell defended out of the blinds and check-called a bet of 2,000 by Najeem Ajez on the {8-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop. The {q-Diamonds} appeared on the turn and Bicknell checked once more, which prompted a bet of 11,000 by Ajez. No call followed and the pot was pushed to Ajez, who moved back to more than the starting stack.

Two tables over near the rail and with a flop camera on their table, Bart Lybaert check-raised to 5,000 and Sam Grafton called with the flop showing {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Spades}. The {a-Hearts} turn was checked and Lybaert bet the {q-Clubs} river for 3,500, Grafton folded.

Kronwitter Takes From Hallaert

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Jonas Kronwitter raised to 2,600 from the under-the-gun position and he was called by Kenny Hallaert and Scott Margereson in the big blind. The flop brought {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Kronwitter continued for 3,000 once Margereson had checked. Hallaert tossed in calling chips and Margereson got out of the way.

The {k-Diamonds} fell on the turn and a second bet of 8,800 by Kronwitter was called, the {2-Hearts} river was checked. Kronwitter rolled over the {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for top pair and that won the pot.

Krost Doubles Through Del Vecchio; Eliminates Derias

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Tyron Krost
Tyron Krost

Tyron Krost had entered the pot from under the gun, and Sherif Derias shoved for around 5,000. Mike Del Vecchio three-bet to over 30,000 and Krost called all in for 22,300.

Tyron Krost: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Sherif Derias: {k-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Mike Del Vecchio: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

The {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{a-Hearts} gave Derias a pair and a flush draw, but the {k-Spades} turn and {6-Clubs} river did nothing but improve Krost to top set and Derias was eliminated.
