Yu and Tsai Eliminated in Back-to-Back Hands

Level 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Ting Yi Tsai open-shoved for 22,000 from under the gun and was looked up by Warwick Mirzikinian;

Ting Yi Tsai: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}
Warwick Mirzikinian: {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

The board ran out {j-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{j-Spades} and Tsai was eliminated.

On the very next hand, George Wolff opened and called a shove from Ryan Yu for around 18,000.

George Wolff: {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Ryan Yu: {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}

The board came {7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and Yu became the second elimination in as many hands.

Kempe Doubles Nishiyama

Level 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Rainer Kempe called a raise to 2,200 by Koray Aldemir and Hiroshi Nishiyama also came along out of the small blind. On a flop of {3-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}, Nishiyama bet 1,100 and Aldemir made it 6,200 to go. Kempe called and Nishiyama then moved all-in. While Aldemir quickly folded, Kempe asked for a count on the shove.

The all-in was for 55,100 and Kempe made the call after a short period of consideration.

Hiroshi Nishiyama: {j-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
Rainer Kempe: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Nishiyama immediately had the checkmark on the {2-Clubs} turn as he made quads, and the {3-Diamonds} river was meaningless.

Weis Busts Yotsushika

Level 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

The cards were already on their backs and Kazuhiko Yotsushika on the button was all in with the {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, as he had spiked an open-ended straight draw on the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop. Oliver Weis in the big blind looked him up with {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for the top two pair, and the {7-Diamonds} turn and {5-Diamonds} river run out kept Weis in the lead.

Grafton and Sheils Soaring

Level 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Four-handed play at the table of Paul Newey, Richard Sheils, Bart Lybaert and Sam Grafton lasted just one hand before Julien Sitbon joined the table having been moved.

"This is a bad time for you," Grafton said to him. "We were gonna chop the money up. This table is too good."

"I'm happy about this," replied Sitbon. "Let's have some fun!"

In the previous level, the table sent Gautam Dhingra, James Romero and Kristen Bicknell to the rail, and only time will tell if Sitbon is able to survive.

Sinclair Felts Zhang

Level 6 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Lirui Zhang was all in for very few big blinds and tabled the {9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}. Jack Sinclair had that crushed, holding the {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}.

The {j-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Hearts} board left Zhang drawing dead on the turn and Sinclair added some more chips to his growing stack.
