Ullmann Pulls Further Ahead

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Over on table 28, Jinsoo Kang has added more chips to her stack since the double up against Dingxiang Ong and Nino Ullmann just did so, too. Ullmann raised to 32,000 and was called by Gareth Pepper and Michael Gross in the big blind. On a flop of {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Spades}, Gross checked and a bet of 40,000 by Ullmann won the pot.

Ullmann then defended the big blind against a button raise by Nick Pupillo and the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop was checked. Ullmann bet the {7-Diamonds} turn for 67,000 and claimed the second pot in a row.

Hoang Doubles Through Vekaria

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Rishabh Vekaria raised the button and Ngoc Tai Hoang three-bet out of the small blind to pick up a call. Hoang then check-called a bet on the {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop and checked the {j-Diamonds} turn on which Vekaria moved all in. Hoang called for 267,000 and the cards were turned over.

Ngoc Tai Hoang: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Rishabh Vekaria: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

Vekaria needed a nine or eight to deal the final blow to Hoang, instead, the {k-Hearts} on the river secured the double up for Hoang.

Jordan Tentori Eliminated in 23rd Place (A$61,500)

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Jordan Tentori
Jordan Tentori

On the feature table, Jordan Tentori was all in for 280,000 and looking for a double through Mike Del Vecchio.

Jordan Tentori: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Mike Del Vecchio: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}

Tentori was in a good position, and the usual scare cards for queens on a flop {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs} caused him no worries. The turn, however, was the {6-Clubs} which gave Del Vecchio a set. The river was the {2-Hearts} and he sent Tentori to the rail.
