Shapiro Sends Pu Out With Cowboys

Level 18 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Jaxon Byrne limped from under the gun and just behind him, Peter Shapiro made it 50,000 to go. Jiang Pu announced he was all in for 270,000 from the cutoff, which got a tank fold from Byrne and a "I'm not good enough to fold this," from Shapiro, who tossed in a chip to indicate a call.

Jiang Pu: AKAll in
Peter Shapiro: KK

It was a clash between two premium hands, but the 73792 runout kept Shaprio's Cowboys best to eliminate Pu just before the break.

Paxman More Than Doubles in Three-Way Clash

Level 18 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Linus Goh was already forced all in from the big blind for his last 15,000 and Ciaran Paxman limped from under the gun. Two players limped behind and Ardi Agolli then moved all in from the cutoff for 475,000 total. Ciaran Paxman announced he was also all in for 443,000, which got both limpers to fold and set up a three-way showdown.

Linus Goh: 33All in
Ciaran Paxman: AKAll in
Ardi Agolli: JJ

"Hold! One time!" Agolli shouted upon seeing Paxman's hand.

Agolli's wish was denied, however, as the A94 flop immediately paired Paxman's ace to vault him into the lead.

"Jack! Jack!" Agolli pleaded.

Neither the 10 turn nor Q river changed anything and Paxman was awarded the massive double up while both eliminating Goh and leaving Agolli with crumbs.

Royal Double For Rodrigues

Level 18 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Roshan Rodrigues
Roshan Rodrigues

Roshan Rodrigues shoved for approximately 100,000 from early position and was called by Sean Ragozzini, who was on the button, to put Rodrigues at risk.

Roshan Rodrigues: AQAll in
Sean Ragozzini: Kx10x

Rodrigues held the lead, but lost it momentarily after the 10J7 flop paired Ragozzini's ten despite improving Rodrigues to a Royal Flush draw.

The 5 turn changed nothing, but the K river improved Rodrigues to the strongest hand in poker, which got tablemate Billy Argyros to shout, "Royal Flush!" before Rodrigues was sent the pot.

Big Slick Does the Trick for Turner

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Craig Turner raised to 75,000 from early position and it was folded to David Moxon, who moved all in for a bit over 200,000. Action folded back to Turner, who tanked a bit, but eventually called all in for 127,000 total.

Craig Turner: AKAll in
David Moxon: AQ

"Oh, I'm ahead!" Turner said after Moxon's hands.

Turner was indeed ahead with his Big Slick, and the 34844 runout kept him ahead with his king-kicker to award him the double up.

Stephen Topakas Bubbles $1,500 Mystery Bounty

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Stephen Topakas (standing) Bubbles
Stephen Topakas (standing) Bubbles

Stephen Topakas was forced all in for his last 10,000 from the big blind and Kuo Hung raised to 20,000 from the hijack. Everyone else got out of the way and hands were revealed.

Stephen Topakas: 98All in
Kuo Hung: KK

Topakas hadn't looked and revealed his cards one-by-one and was happy to see he at least held a connected hand.

The Q7A flop looked bleak for Topakas, though he did pick up a little help on the 9 turn.

It wasn't meant to be, however, as the 7 river bricked out — leaving Hung's Cowboys best and eliminating Topakas one spot of the money.

Now that players have reached the money, Mystery Bounty cards will be issued anytime a players eliminates another player.
