Angel Lopez

Angel Lopez moved all in for 100,000 from under the gun and was called by Joey Weissman from the small blind.

Angel Lopez: {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Joey Weissman: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

Weissman paired up on the {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop with Jake Daniels commenting that it was a more than avergae board for both hands. Unfortunately for BetMGM Poker qualifier Lopez, he could not improve and was eliminated after the {3-Hearts}{9-Spades} runout.

Shinevare Doubles; Gathy on Fumes

Level 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

With 200,000 in the pot on the {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Spades}{10-Spades} board, Michael Gathy check-jammed from the big blind after Ryan Shinevare bet 130,000.

Shinevare was the effective stack, and called off for his tournament life.

Ryan Shinevare: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Michael Gathy: {k-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}

Gathy flopped two pair but was behind the set of jacks held by Shinevare. The latter avoided any worries on the {a-Hearts} river and he got a full double up.

Gediminas Uselis
Gediminas Uselis

Gediminas Uselis was eliminated when he three-bet shoved with {a-}{k-} and couldn't hit a pair after getting called by Michael Wang with {9-}{9-}. For his deep run, Uselis earns a payday of $10,208.

At another table, Michael Gathy managed to triple up his micro stack when he got it in from the small blind with {k-}{k-} in a three-bet pot against Shankar Pillai and Kevin Rabichow on a board of {j-}{10-}{9-}{7-}{2-}. Pillai held {a-}{j-} to win the side pot.

McCracken Gives Back to Pillai

Level 19 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Will McCracken opened to 30,000 from under the gun and then called the 100,000 raise from Shankar Pillai on the button.

McCracken check-called a bet of 75,000 on the {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop to see the {3-Diamonds} turn. McCracken then check-jammed after his opponent bet 150,000. With 350,000 behind, Pillai quickly called off his inferior stack.

McCracken had the {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for just ace high while Pillai turned trip threes with his {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. The {2-Spades} completed the board and Pillai reclaimed some chips he gave to McCracken earlier on in the day.

Steve Bayyouk

With 400,000 in the middle on the {k-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} completed board. Steve Bayyouk moved all in for 130,000 from the big blind and was snap-called by Kevin Rabichow from under the gun.

Bayyouk rivered a full house with his {k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} to win the pot.

"Wow, that's a cooler," said Rabichow who exposed his {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a rivered ace-high flush.

Michael Gathy Eliminated in 22nd Place ($10,208)

Michael Gathy opened to 100,000 with less than that behind and the action folded to Kevin Rabichow in the big blind, who three-bet jammed after losing most of his stack in a previous cooler against Steve Bayyouk. Gathy used three of his time extensions as he contemplated calling off.

"How many of these should I keep?" Gathy asked Rabichow.

"I don't think you can ask me that when I'm your opponent!" Rabichow laughed before Gathy made the call.

Michael Gathy: {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Kevin Rabichow: {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

Gathy couldn't win the flip as the board ran out {8-Spades}{j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and he was eliminated in 22nd place.

"It's hard to get that one through when there are only two other tables," Rabichow said about Gathy's tanking tactic.
