Heads-up to the J♣8♣6♠6♣ turn, Samuel Ick check-raised a bet of 6,500 by Mike Linster to 13,500 and that sent his table neighbour into the tank. After some table chat back and forth, Linster folded and Ick revealed his 6♥ for trips sixes.
"You didn't have clubs?" Linster asked and Ick shook his head.
Angel Lopez arrived at the table with a fresh stack, acknowledging that he "mistimed his entry" as he now has to wait the entire dinner break before playing a hand.
They were not the last players out of the tournament area, as Lucas Bernui and Michael Mann also talked about a previous hand as well. That came on on top of Mann losing more chips to Bernui, heading into the dinner break with fewer than the starting stack.

Mike Dentale raised to 2,000 in middle position, the hijack moved all in for 16,000, and Dentale called.

The board ran out 8♥3♣5♦9♠9♥, and Dentale's sevens stayed in the lead to earn him the pot and the double up.
"Mikey, this is the one. If you win this, you'll only be down $3 million in poker," Nick Palma called over from another table.
"Did anyone call you? I s**t $100 bills," Dentale replied.

Edward Szumski raised it up to 2,000 from an early position and called a three-bet to 5,000 by Mitchell Bosch.
On the J♣7♦5♥ flop, Szumski check-called for 5,000 before they checked the A♠ on the turn.
Fast forward to the 9♦ river, Szumski checked again and then folded when Bosch made it 6,000 to go.

Michael Mann raised to 1,800 in middle position and Mitch Garshofsky called in the small blind. The big blind then three-bet to 6,600 and Mann moved all in. Garshofsky folded, while the big blind called for 30,000.

The A♦4♠10♥ flop gave Mann a straight draw to go with his overcards, and he hit his straight on the J♠ turn. The river was the 3♠ and Mann scored the knockout.
"You didn't care. You just said f**k it," a tablemate told him.
"I turned my hand into a bluff," Mann replied.

Heads-up on a flop of K♠J♠2♠, Mike Linster bet 2,000 from the hijack and Allison Stoloff raised to 5,000 under the gun. Linster called.
The turn was the 9♠ and Stoloff checked to Linster, who bet 9,000. Stoloff quickly folded.

Sachin Ramrakhani raised to 2,000 and then called a three-bet to 6,000 by his direct table neighbour. On a flop of Q♣9♥5♠, Ramrakhani checked before he subsequently check-raised from 2,200 to 6,000.
That was enough to win the pot right there and claim the chips uncontested, jumping back above where he started not long ago.

Philip Saracino moved all in for 3,500 in the small blind and was called by Allen White in the cutoff and Kyle Grupp on the button.
Grupp bet 2,000 on the J♠4♥4♣ flop and White called to create a side pot. Grupp then bet 4,000 on the 9♦ turn, and White folded this time.
Grupp showed J♣10♦ for two pair, while Saracino had A♠2♣. The river was the 6♣, and Grupp took the pot to send Saracino to the rail.
