Derci Fills Up in Big Pot

Level 7 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Benny Glaser had just taken his seat when he opened to 5,500 in early position. Felipe Derci called in the small blind, while Joao Cermin three-bet to 23,000 in the big blind. Glaser folded, but Derci called.

The flop came QQ4 and Cermin continued for 14,500. Derci called to the Q turn, where Cermin bet 65,000. Derci again called.

The 10 river was checked down, and Derci turned over 77. Cermin mucked, and Derci took the big pot to move over 400,000.

Level 7 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Gilberto Amaral bet 18,000 from under the gun on a board of 5AJ9 before Mateus Carrion raised to 36,000 in the small blind. Amaral called, and the 5 fell on the river.

Carrion then bet 25,000, but Amaral came back with an all-in shove for 95,000. Carrion folded and used his winner showdown, and Amaral showed 99 for a full house.

Teich Hits Quads For a Bustout

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A massive pot was brewing as a player in the hijack was all in for around 120,000, while Thiago Teich put him at risk in middle position.

All-in Player: AK All in
Thiago Teich: QQ

It was a classic flip, and Teich hit top set on the Q5J flop to take a big lead, while his opponent was left looking to complete a straight draw. The turn, though, was the Q and Teich made quads to secure the pot. The river came the 8 and the pot was pushed over to Teich, while his opponent made his exit.

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Alcioni Pollermann
Alcioni Pollermann

A player in middle position raised to 4,000 and the cutoff then three-bet to 20,000. Edmilson Silva called on the button, while Alcioni Pollermann put in his last 25,000 in the big blind. Only the cutoff and Silva called.

Silva then bet 20,000 on the K109 flop, and the cutoff folded.

Alcioni Pollermann: 33 All in
Edmilson Silva: QJ

Silva had flopped the nut straight, and the board ran out 9A to send Pollermann, who was up to nearly 300,000 earlier in the day, to the rail.

Pereira Picks Up Kings For a Bustout

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A player in the small blind moved all in for 40,000, and Michel Pereira snap-called in the cutoff.

All-in Player: AJ All in
Michel Pereira: KK

The at-risk player was looking for an ace to survive against Pereira's kings, and he picked up some more outs on the 107J flop with a pair. The 7 turn was no help, while Pereira improved to a full house on the 7 river to win the pot and send his opponent to the rail.

Pedro Gusmao was also recently eliminated at another table.

Lopes Survives a Flip

Level 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Frederico Lopes raised to 4,000 on the button and the small blind called. An opponent in the big blind then three-bet to 16,000, and Lopes moved all in. The small blind folded, but the big blind quickly called.

Frederico Lopes: 1010 All in
Opponent: AQ

The J93 flop kept Lopes in the lead with his tens, while the turn was the J. The river was the 2, and Lopes secured the pot.

The stacks were counted down, and the big blind had Lopes' remaining 93,000 barely covered as he handed over the double up.
