If Estonia's Carmen-Elina Vist is not the chip leader at the moment in the Day 1b field, she is very close to it. Her stack has soared to 115,000 in chips and the blinds are still at 150/300 with an ante of 25.
The last we checked on the Estonian, she had less than half this stack so we thought maybe she doubled up. She smiled and shared her good fortunes with PokerNews.
"I am just chilling and drinking," said Vist. "Things are going very well. I am flopping sets and running like an animal."
To put Vist's stack into perspective there were only three players yesterday that ended the day with more chips than Vist has now.

Among the players to recently enter is one of Estonia's most prolific poker players Carmen-Elina Vist. Vist wasted no time in growing a stack and now has 50,000 in chips.

Denmark's Johannes Park was just seen moving to a new table. Instead of having a wide assortment of chips, he had in his hand six blue 5,000 denominated chips for an exact stack of 30,000.
Knowing this meant Park was eliminated, we asked what happened since last we saw the Dane he had a reasonable pile of chips.
"I got down short and felt committed on the turn," said Park when explaining the following hand.
Park's opponent raised preflop with ![]()

The turn and the river ran blanks for Park and he is now at a fresh table with a fresh outlook.
"Now it's a good deal," said Park.
We asked what he meant and he shared that during the last big tournament he played in that he appeared at the final table he entered four times.
"Not only is this only my first reentry, but I also get to start with a much better stack than I had even if I won the hand," said Park.
