Klebanov Doubles

Benny Spindler raised to 80,000 and action folded to Adria Balaguer in the small blind. He made the call and then Andre Klebanov reraised all in from the big blind for 780,000. Spindler folded and Balaguer made the call.

Balaguer: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Klebanov: {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}

The flop came down {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and Balaguer's eights held up. The turn brought the {J-Clubs} and gave Klebanov a pair of jacks, but Balaguer still had a straight draw or he could hit an eight. The river landed with the {6-Spades} and Klebanov doubled.

Another for Adeniya

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Steve O'Dwyer opened with a raise to 100,000 from middle position and Martins Adeniya reraised to 225,000 on the button. The blinds folded and action was back on O'Dwyer. He made the call and the flop came down {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. O'Dwyer checked to Adeniya. He bet 200,000 and O'Dwyer made the call to see the turn.

Fourth street was the {K-Clubs} and Adeniya fired 370,000 after O'Dwyer checked. O'Dwyer studied, but eventually gave it up and Adeniya won the pot.

Goodbye, Kottler

Jeremy Kottler - 10th Place
Jeremy Kottler - 10th Place

Benny Spindler is a one-man wrecking crew. He just sent another player to the rail. This time it was Jeremy Kottler in tenth place.

On the feature table, Kottler was all in preflop with the {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}. He was up against Spindler's {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}. The flop was {J-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}, but the {Q-Diamonds} on the turn gave Spindler the lead. He held up from there after the {9-Hearts} landed on the river and Kottler was eliminated.

Iacofano Eliminates Mitchell

James Mitchell - 11th Place
James Mitchell - 11th Place

the 2010 Irish Open champion James Mitchell has just fallen in 11th place. He moved all in for a tad over 400,000 at 405,000 after Kevin Iacofano opened with a raise to 85,000. Action fell back on Iacofano and he quickly made the call holding {Q-}{Q-}. Mitchell could only muster to turn over the {3-}{3-} and after a board on no help, was left with nothing but the felt in front of him.
