Silver Busts to Rossiter

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Max Silver
Max Silver

Down to his last 131,000 chips, Max Silver moved all in and Jeff Rossiter flat-called from the button with all other players folding.

Silver: {A-Clubs}{8-Spades}
Rossiter: {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}

The board ran out {Q-Hearts}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{4-Spades} and the kicker played a crucial role to send Silver to the rail.

Celestino Eliminated

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Ariel Celestino
Ariel Celestino

Ariel Celestino raised to 58,000 and left himself 18,000 chips behind with Timothy Adams and Winfred Yu in the big blind both calling. On the flop {7-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs} the action was checked to Celestino and he moved all in to see both players calling. The {3-Hearts} turn saw Yu bet 60,000 and Adams called while both remaining active players checked down the {J-Clubs} river.

Celestino showed {Q-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for queen-high, Adams had the {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for a set of fives and Yu mucked a king.

Luca vs Rossiter

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

From under the gun, Jeff Rossiter raised to 45,000 and then folded to a three-bet by Ivan Luca for 96,000 out of the big blind. One hand later, the duo saw the flop {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{10-Hearts} and the Argentinian checked. Rossiter bet 40,000 and Luca's check-raise to 98,000 did the trick to enforce another fold.

Carrel Doubles Through Celestino

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

In the cutoff, Ariel Celestino raised to 50,000. From the small blind Timothy Adams called, before Charlie Carrel in the big blind shoved all in for 607,000. Celestino tanked for a fair bit before announcing all in over the top for 80,000 more. Adams folded.

Ariel Celestino: {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}
Charlie Carrel: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}

The {K-Hearts} in the window was harmless but the {J-Clubs} that followed must have given Celestino a glimmer of hope. The {10-Diamonds} that accompanied the two face cards gave Carrel the nuts though.

The {5-Spades} on the turn was a blank and so was the {9-Diamonds} on the river, leaving Celestino with just 80,000.

Adams Takes from Carrell

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

On a flop of {7-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} Charlie Carrel's bet got called by Timothy Adams and the pair of them saw a turn card of the {3-Diamonds}. Both players checked and on the river, Adams lead out for 147,000 when the {6-Diamonds} was dealt.

Carrel thought for a long time, staring intently at Adams before releasing his cards. With that hand Timothy Adams moved up over one million in chips

Wittendorff Doubles

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Around 160,000 chips were in the pot until the {A-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs} turn and Kim Wittendorff announced all in for 346,000 from early position. Mike McDonald eventually called for half of his stack and flashed {K-Spades}{K-Clubs} while Wittendorff took one out away already with his {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}. The blank {6-Hearts} river let the Dane double and sent Timex down to only 16 big blinds.

Kanit Cracks Aces to Double

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Christoph Vogelsang raised to 46,000 and Mustapha Kanit announced all in from one seat over for 381,000 chips. Sam Chartier moved all in himself and the rest of the table including initial raiser Vogelsang quickly folded.

Kanit: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}
Chartier: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}

The flop came {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Kanit let out a "oh, what eh happen here bro," after seeing his odds increase slightly. It was a blank {4-Spades} turn that changed nothing, but sure enough the {Q-Clubs} popped up on the river. "I told you bro," Kanit smiled and scored a fortunate double.

Heath Doubles Through Kitai

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Ben Heath check-raised the flop {A-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} from 25,000 to 112,000 and Davidi Kitai made the call out of the big blind. On the {Q-Spades} turn, Heath moved all in and Kitai called with the slightly superior stack.

Heath: {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Kitai: {A-Clubs}{5-Clubs}

No club nor five showed up on the river, instead it was the {7-Diamonds} that locked up the double for Heath worth 381,000 chips.

From early position it was Dario Sammartino raising to 38,000. In the big blind, Max Silver made the call.

Silver check called 35,000 on the {3-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop, 82,000 on the {6-Diamonds} turn, and 190,000 on the {5-Spades} river.

Sammartino showed up with {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for the flopped top two and Silver quietly mucked.
