Banicevic Takes Chunk of Chips Off Macdonnell

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante
Vlado Banicevic
Vlado Banicevic

Marc Macdonnell raised to 1,200 and got one customer in the form of Vlado Banicevic. The flop landed {J-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, and when checked to Banicevic bets 4,500. Macdonnell called.

The {A-Spades} on the turn made the players check through before Macdonnell fired 10,600 on the river {J-Hearts}. Banicevic called after a minute of deliberation and scooped the pot with his {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} as the {K-Spades}{10-Spades} of Macdonnell quickly hit the muck.

"Stop Clicking Around"

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

Charlie Carrel limped in from the small blind and held a paper card up with the slogan "Stop Clicking Around", then showed it to Georgios Zisimopoulos in the big blind. The Greek smiled back and checked his option in the big blind.

On the {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, Carrel check-called a bet worth 800 and both then checked down the {6-Spades} turn and the {2-Diamonds} river. Zisimopoulos showed the {J-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Carrel chopped it up with the {J-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

The "clicking around" took place at another table though. Anthony Zinno raised to 1,600 and Steve O'Dwyer called from one seat over in the cutoff. Dong Zhao in the small blind three-bet to 5,800 and just O'Dwyer called. On the {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop, Zhao continued for 8,200 and that forced a fold from O'Dwyer.

Loosli Can't Find the Fold

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante
Sylvain Loosli
Sylvain Loosli

Sylvain Loosli was deep in the tank after Martin Finger fired out 20,000 on a board of {10-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}. The Frenchman had the four blue 5k chips in hand, but wasn't quite ready to put them into the pot.

The table lend him a helping hand by calling the clock on him, and with just 10 seconds left Loosli made the call, and was showed the winning hand; {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} from Finger.

"You had a set?", Finger asked after the hand was over. Loosli just nodded slowly.

"Yeah, that's tough to fold", the German concluded.

Troyanovskiy Busts to Hall

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante
Cate Hall Thriving
Cate Hall Thriving

Caitlin Hall raised to 1,700 and a trio called in [Removed:551], Vladimir Troyanovskiy and Gheorghe Gradinaru. On the {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop, Hall continued for 4,300 after it was checked to her and just Troyanovskiy called before the {2-Clubs} turn went check, check. On the {4-Hearts} river, Hall bet 20,000 and Troyanovskiy eventually called all in for slightly less with the {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

Hall had that beat with {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Troyanovskiy was gone for good on the second bullet. Allan Sannier followed suit shortly after on a different table and is the third player that won't be allowed to re-enter anymore.

Combo-Draw No Good for Kozlov

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

Martin Kozlov was crippled after he got it all in with a flopped straight- and flush draw against Piotr Franczak.

On a board of {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{J-Spades}, the two players got it all in for 27,500 effectively with Kozlov holding {8-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and Franczak holding {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}.

Turn was the {J-Diamonds} that improved Franczak hand to trips, and the river {3-Spades} didn't change anything. Kozlov was left with just 2,5 big blinds.

Tens Were Kind to Heath

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

The first bullet was no good for Ben Heath and the second one saw him dwindle down to 25,000 very quickly. However, now the Brit has three times the starting stack and mentioned two hands that built his stack.

Hand 1

Hari Bercovici raised on the button to 1,000 in the previous level, Heath three-bet to 3,500 and Bercovici called. On the {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-} flop, Heath bet 5,500 and Bercovici shoved for 50,000 effective with {A-}{9-} to see Heath call with pocket tens and hold up.

Hand 2

A player raised to 1,500 in under the gun, Heath called and Bercovici called in the big blind. A {Q-}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} flop was checked through by the trip. On the {Q-Spades} turn, the player under the gun bet 3,400 and Heath called, Bercovici folded. After the {10-} river, Heath raised from 6,400 to 25,000 and his opponent called only to muck when shown pocket tens for quads.

Kitai Busts Second Tournament of the Day

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante
Davidi Kitai
Davidi Kitai

It has't been the easiest of days for Davidi Kitai. He busted the Main Event in 22nd when his {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} couldn't best the {A-Spades}{10-Clubs} of Louis Cartarius, and just now he busted a bullet in the €10,300 High Roller to Govert Metaal.

It was, however, Gleb Tremzin that got most Kitai's stack. On a board of {J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Spades}{K-Spades}{Q-Spades} Tremzin put Kitai to the test by announcing all in, and though the Belgian player wasn't thrilled with the situation, he ultimately made the call for 27,100.

Tremzin's {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} had turned into the nutflush on the river, and scooped the massive pot over Kitai's {8-Spades}{5-Spades}.

Kitai was left with just 1,125, and he got his remaining stack in two hands later with {Q-Spades}{10-Clubs} against the {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} of Govert Metaal. The {5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs} flop was good for Kitai, but the turn {A-Clubs} put Metaal back in front, and the {3-Hearts} on the river sealed the bustout.

Two for Hall

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

Sebastian Veghinas raised to 1,400 from under the gun and Caitlin Hall three-bet to 4,300 from one seat over, Veghinas called. On the {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop, the Romanian checked and Hall took down the pot with a bet of 3,650.

Soon after, [Removed:551] raised to 1,200 and Veghinas called in the small blind, Hall came along in the big blind. On the {Q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop, both players in the blinds checked. [Removed:552] continued for 2,000 and Veghinas folded, Hall called. The {4-Hearts} turn went check, check, and Hall then bet the {8-Spades} river for 8,250 to force a fold from [Removed:552].

Luo Doubles with Aces

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

A raising war saw Michiel Broskij and Xiaoyang Luo clash with the latter ending up all in for his last 17,400.

Xiaoyang Luo: {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}
Michiel Broskij: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The flop of {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Spades} paired up both players, and the {6-Diamonds} turn and {2-Spades} river delivered no one outer bad beat story to leave Broskij short.
