Finger Busts Sanan

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Satish Sanan
Satish Sanan

Satish Sanan has just been eliminated from this €25,000 High Roller. Preflop he raised to 800, only to see Martin Finger throw in a three-bet to 2,000. Sanan made the call.

On the {3-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{2-Spades} flop Sanan check-called a bet of 2,200, leaving him with around 18,000 behind.

He threw in 4,300 of that stack, when the {2-Diamonds} hit the felt on the turn. Finger quickly put Sanan all-in and the American immediately called.

Sanan: {K-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Finger: {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}

Sanan was outkicked by his German opponent and needed a king, eight, deuce or ace to stay alive. The {3-Hearts} river wasn't any of his outs and he stood up and quietly left the tournament area.

This bust out boosted Finger over the 100,000-mark and he's the chipleader for the moment.

Laszlo Bujtas Doubles Through Juha Helppi

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

On a board of {8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{3-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}, Juha Helppi had checked to Laszlo Bujtas. The Hungarian qualifier moved in for 17,200, around a potsize bet, sending Helppi deep into the tank.

Eventually, the Fin called it off with {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}, but Laszlo held {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} for a rivered pair of queens to scoop up the pot.

Kolonias Catches Carrel's Bluff

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Charlie Carrel
Charlie Carrel

The trend is definitely going up for Charlie Carrel and the Brit would have had even more chips, if Alexandros Kolonias had not just hero-called with ace-high to claim a pot.

Once again the duo clashed in button versus big blind and the flop of {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{7-Clubs} saw no betting action. On the {7-Hearts} turn, Carrel led for 1,200 and Kolonias called before facing the {5-Hearts} on the river. Carrel now bet 3,000 and Kolonias was in the think tank for more than two minutes before calling with the {A-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. "Nice hand," Carrel added while his {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} was dragged into the muck.

Seiver Stacks Shak

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Dan Shak
Dan Shak

Scott Seiver raised to 700 and got a call from Jean-Noel Thorel. On the button, Dan Shak moved in for 11,375. Seiver flicked in a 1,000 chip to indicate a call, and Thorel got out of the way.

Scott Seiver: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Dan Shak: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}

Shak didn't improve on {K-Spades}{2-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and was forced to the rail. The American didn't linger around for long though, as he quickly bought himself a fresh new stack of 50,000.

Petrangelo Pushes on Nemeth

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

It looked like Nick Petrangelo, in the big blind, and Andras Nemeth, on the cutoff, had a preflop raising war. There was 4,000 in chips in front of Petrangelo and he was facing a 9,500 raise from the Hungarian.

That still wasn't enough for Petrangelo and after some time in the tank, he announced his all-in. Nemeth didn't need that much time. He quickly threw his hand in the muck.

Sanan Slowly Slipping

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

Satish Sanan made it 1,300 preflop and both Oleksii Khoroshenin and Jean-Noel Thorel called.

All checked on the {5-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop. Thorel, from the small blind, checked again when the {7-Clubs} hit the felt. Sanan threw in a single 5,000 chip for a bet. Khoroshenin called and Thorel gave up.

The river completed a straight on the board with the {9-Spades}. Sanan checked and Khoroshenin made a bet of 15,200. Sanan tanked for a while, questioning whether or not Khoroshenin was pushing him off a chopped pot. He eventually decided to fold and he slips to 22,000 chips.

Two Danish Dynamites and one Belgian Mastermind

Level 3 : 150/300, 50 ante

Morten Mortensen was the last Satellite winner to show up and take his seat moments ago. He was soon after joined by fellow Dane Frederik Jensen, who won EPT8 Madrid and finished 3rd at EPT12 Barcelona. Also in: Davidi Kitai, who already has the elusive Triple Crown honors to his name.

Kisacikoglu Takes from Chmielewski

Level 3 : 150/300, 50 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu limped in from under the gun and Marcin Chmielewski raised to 1,500 from the button. Kisacikoglu came along to see the flop of {Q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and check-called a bet worth 2,000 by his opponent. On the {2-Diamonds} turn and {5-Spades} river, no betting action took place and Kisacikoglu won the pot with the {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.
