With the €100K Super High Roller wrapping up at the close of Sam Greenwood's heads-up win over Christoph Vogelsang last night, the biggest buy-in left on the schedule is in motion as the €50K Single-Day High Roller has begun.

Still in the early stages an hour in, nobody has gone bust quite yet but players have the option of a single reentry. They all get 100,000 starting stacks and blinds and antes began with a double 500/1,000/1,000 level.

As one would expect, the usual suspects are populating the field of 26, with the likes of Bryn Kenney, Isaac Haxton, Stephen Chidwick, Igor Kurganov and the German contingent joining the perennially early Greenwood among the runners.

Registration ends fairly early around 5 p.m., after eight levels of play going to 3,000/6,000/6,000. We'll keep tabs on the event as it works its way toward a winner, who will succeed Adrian Mateos, who won €900K last year.
