Bruno Pega Eliminated in 12th Place (€97,650)

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Bruno Pega
Bruno Pega

A hand after doubling up Maher Nouira, Bruno Pega shoved for his last 130,000 from under the gun and both Fabiano Kovalski and Paul Fischill called in the blinds.

Kovalski and Fischill checked down the {j-Spades}{q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} board and Pega showed {a-Spades}{9-Clubs} for two pair, ace high. His opponents were both playing the board, Kovalski with {7-Spades}{6-Hearts} and Fischill with {8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, and Pega tripled up.

The next hand, Patrik Jaros raised to 200,000 from early position, then called when Pega moved all in again for 400,000 from the big blind.

Bruno Pega: {k-Hearts}{4-Spades}
Patrik Jaros: {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Jaros paired his seven on the {3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop, and Pega got no help from the {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} turn and river and headed to the rail in 12th place.

Peterson Machado

Paul Fischill and Peterson Machado saw the {5-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} flop in a limped pot from the blinds. Fischill checked the small blind and Machado shoved all in for 700,000.

Fischill snap-called and showed {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a pair of fives and a flush draw. Machado had {9-Spades}{7-Spades} for a straight draw and needed to improve to keep his tournament hopes alive.

The board ran out {j-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Fischill's fives stayed ahead to send the Day 3 chip leader to the rail in 13th place.

Mokri Can't Bluff Margereson Off Aces

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Scott Margereson opened to 220,000 from the cutoff with {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} and Kayhan Mokri defended the big blind with {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

The {j-Diamonds} completed the board and Mokri led out with a nearly pot-sized bet of 2,075,000. Margereson put his hand on his face and thought about it before he ultimately put in the calling chips.

Margereson tabled his rockets to claim the pot, and he added a good amount of chips to his stack as Mokri's ten-high and gutshot draw went into the muck,
