PokerStars has unveiled the full schedule for the 2024 European Poker Tour (EPT) season, which shows five destinations, including a return to EPT Paris and EPT Cyprus. Both Paris and Cyprus made their EPT debut in 2023, and they return for 2024, much to the delight of the players.
EPT Paris is the first stop of the 2024 European Poker Tour season. It takes place between February 14-25 at a new venue. The stunning Le Palais des Congres has a 120-table capacity, meaning there will be a more extensive schedule for the festival. Cedric Billot, Associate Director for Live Events and Operations, believes the new-look EPT Paris could be one of the largest EPT festivals on record.
The remaining 72 players are on their third 20-minute break of the day.
Here are some highlights from Level 18:
Silius Moll opened to 16,000 from under the gun and only Firoz Mangroe called from the big blind.
Moll continued with a bet of 9,000 on the A♣3♥J♦ flop. Mangroe check-raised to 32,000. Moll went into the tank and had to use a time bank card to make a decision. At the end of the 30 extra seconds he had, he shoved for approximately 70,000 chips, and Mangroe snap-called.
Silius Moll: K♣K♠
Firoz Mangroe: A♦J♣
Moll called with kings, but Mangroe hit two pair on the flop. The turn 3♣ and the river 8♠ didn't change anything, so Moll was eliminated.

Leo Margets was moved to a new table and took a seat to the left of Omar Eljach.
"Welcome, lady," tablemate Firoz Mangroe told her as Eljach raised to 18,000 under the gun. Margets then three-bet to 45,000 and Eljach folded once action got back to him.
Georgios Kostakis then moved all in from early position as action folded to Eljach. "Good start," he said, peeling his cards, but he eventually folded as Kostakis showed A♠Q♠.
Kostakis then moved all in again the next hand, this time for 160,000 under the gun, and the table folded to Margets in the big blind. She and Kostakis looked at her cards together and she snap-called.
Georgios Kostakis: A♠Q♥
Leo Margets: A♣K♣
Margets had Kostakis covered, and he couldn't catch up on the 10♦6♠2♦9♥5♣ board as he was sent to the rail just before the break.

Jovan Kenjic: 10♠10♥
Sebastian Schulze: A♥7♥
Schulze took a dominating lead on the flop of A♦5♦8♠.
A J♣ on the turn left Kenjic with just two outs.
The Serbian's elimination was confirmed as the 2♣ completed the board, giving Schulze the pot and taking him to over a million in chips.

Salih Atac moved all in for 229,000 in middle position and Tobias Garp had him at risk from the hijack.
Salih Atac: A♣3♠
Tobias Garp: J♠J♦
Atac needed to improve against Garp's pair of jacks as the flop came 10♦6♠5♦. The 4♠ turn gave him some hope with a straight draw, and he hit the A♦ on the river to make top pair and double up.
