Frankland Catches the Turn

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Mathew Frankland opened to 2,400 first-to-act and was called by Ivan Karatayeu from directly behind. Everyone else folded for a heads-up pot.

Both players checked on the KKK flop and then Frankland check-called a 5,200 bet from Karatayeu on the 9 turn.

The 8 filled the river and action checked down.

Frankland tabled A9 for kings-full of nines, which was met with a muck from Karatayeu to send the pot Frankland's way.

Fisz opted to check when the 9 appeared on the river. Olsen then moved all in for the remaining 28,000 in Fisz's stack. Fisz went deep into the tank, thinking for a few minutes before, eventually, he reluctantly folded and relinquished the pot to Olsen.
